It contained beautiful photographs from some yong students in New Orleans. Sometimes it is challenging to find joy in the moment especially when things around you are difficult. When I hear stories of Buddhist Monks and Nuns in jail undergoing terriable tortures I marvel at their faith and connectedness. Some days when I am not feeling well or when i have heard of the terriable situations of people or animals on this planet I have to work hard to find my connection again.
