It seems the some people have been experiencing a little trouble hearing Melissa during the calls. This is due to background noise that is being picked up. Below is a short list of things to do that will help alleviate some of the noise and will help make the call an enjoyable, and "distraction free," experience for all who participate. Thank you all for your cooperation.

* Try to use a regular phone when joining the call, avoiding cell phones, cordless phones and speaker phones will help reduce unwanted noise. If you must use a cordless phone, please try and stay near the base to avoid unnecessary static.
* If you cannot find a quiet place to join the call from, please mute your phone with it's mute button or by pressing *6 on the keypad - to un do the mute feature, simply press *6 again.
* If you have call waiting, turn it off prior to calling in by pressing *70 on your telephone (after you hang up, call waiting is automatically reactivated).
* Never put your phone on hold if your hold feature plays background music.
* Call in as close to the start time as possible so you will be ready when Melissa begins.
* If you have trouble getting on the call at first, hang up, wait a minute (or two), then try calling in again. If there are too many people accessing the call at the same time, the call system gets tied up and this creates a connection problem.

Well, that's it! We look forward to hearing you all on the calls!
