This morning, during and early session (6:30am) I found myself speaking about the relationship between dog and coyote. Lately on the Sunday calls we have been looking a the relationship between the support of the week and the energy of the week. Some weeks it is very easy to see the relationship clearly, others it is a challenge. whenever COYOTE enters the fray you can be sure that there will be s lot to look at!!:)

I have found coyote to be helpful this week. He has helped me focus on supporting my self. Each humorous reminder has caught me in a moment where coyote medicine was the "red flag" to pay attention to my thoughts and choices in the moment. sometimes the choice was as simple as "turning the mind" away from fruitless paths of negative thinking. Sometimes it just reminded me to laugh and let go of "pushing" or striving and just BE...What ever it has been it has been immensely supportive.

This morning, from my client, I heard a different way dog and coyote were supporting. Later I received an e-mail from someone else about the support of these wonderful totems....And of course you can see where dog supports from Patti's beautiful poem about Jupiter.

All of your comments and thoughts are appreciated. it is so great to see how these totems work in each others lives.
