Feel the Fear and do it Anyway is a great little book by
Susan Jeffers. I read this book years ago and really liked the way she "reminded" us of many of the things that we already know but sometimes forget! :) The book can help you to move out of your old comfort zone, when you are afraid of moving in a new, positive direction, and it gives clear insight into how to "feel the fear and do it anyway."
She helps us look at where our fear comes from, and we find it mostly coming from the ego trying to protect us from hurt or ridicule based on past experiences.
When you are about to move into a new direction, it often feels scary. This is because the ego has no prior point of reference to feel safe - when we feel unsafe the negatives rear their ugly heads...we blame others, we procrastinate, WE rationalize why we need to procrastinate....and so on.
With Rabbit appearing as our support weekly totem it seems like a good idea to dig out this book and read it again...I think many of you may find it really helpful!
This book is empowering, easy to read, apply and understand.During these changing times this book is a wonderful tool to have in dealing with FEAR!
Has any one else read it?

where did it go?
By WebmasterHey Frank, I went to answer this comment last evening and found that part was gone??? I think ( think is the operative word here) that I read your comment a few days ago and you had had a link up to another author?? That day I was in a hurry and didn't have a chance to explore...so I went to your comment last evening and there was just the one line....did I see that or are my eyes playing tricks?
It is a great book, I am thinking it would make a great book for a book club!
Blessings to you and hoping you are having time to pick pumpkins with the kids!
Blessings in the light,

hmm
By FrankI thought I had more on here also . Not sure what happened . The person who recommended the book to me was among other things an author. Here is the link to his book. Many of the people he mentions are former or present co-workers.
