Hi Frank, I was trying to comment on your entry when I ended up here, so my comment is this, the Aha moments remind us that we are perfect and perfectly here. We are part of existence and every living thing and person is our family. we are perfectly here and we can be at home wherever we are :)

I am here and watching the rain drizzle down the window, the drops are my brothers and sisters ..I had been moping because it doesn't feel like the Spring that I wanted to see....now I am going to go out and play in the puddles....when we are feeling blue it is good to remind ourselves that we exist as part of a whole and that we are home within ourselves, and an important part of , that whole, If you forget then you can go out and look at the stars....
