Mindfulness; the ability to watch the thoughts with out judgment.
We have been working with mindfulness in the Quan Yin's Garden teaching class. It is amazing how helpful practicing mindfulness is as,
1) a stress reducer 2) an eye opener 3) a terrific tool to help us be FPM or fully present in the moment.
I lean so much from being in the moment. First of all I am able to see many parts of self and their needs. This enables me to realize that to meet the needs I have to make choices and prioritize. some of the needs need to be met some are more like demands from parts of self that need, some adjustments in attitude or perspective! Those adjustments often lead to a much happier, stress free life!
