We are Raphael. We enter. We have come. We have been invited to this place as you have invited others to your place. We speak to you. We come to you. We are your teacher. We are Raphael.

You are moving to a new level of awareness and in that awareness there is great movement going on in the chakras of the beings within your household. There is great movement going on in the compassion centers, in the chakras of the shoulders and in the lymph systems and in the immune systems. There is great movement.

We come on the wind. We come to soothe the mental body and help the thoughts die down so the heart's vibration can come to the forefront and the wisdom that you have can be released, not only for others, as you do with your healing and through your hands, but for yourself as you connect more deeply in the acceptance of the true wisdom that lies within. We come as Raphael. We come as your mentor, your teacher and your friend. We come to stand with you and to promise you that we anchor in this house and in this building, that we anchor in this space, and that you may come into this space to seek the wisdom of Raphael and to help find the wisdom in your own heart.

You are undergoing a rewiring of your mental process so at times, your thoughts will seem to be turning into mush. For we are helping you release the bonds of some of the old thoughts that were harsh in your reality, thoughts that were placed there through your genetic heritage and thoughts that were placed there through your fears and through your connection with other fearful human beings. So, now you are opening and blossoming to a new level. We wish to extend a blessing to you and to your space, a blessing you may carry forth and that those who enter your abode will feel blessed to be in your presence and in your home. We are Raphael.

We are Raphael. We are singing the songs of delight. We are moving through the bells. We are moving through the flowers. We are here this evening. We are here for you and we will speak to all.

We are Raphael. You are mastering the elements on your level. Indeed, your body is made up of elements. Your body is made up of the same elements as the Earth and the ethers. Those elements that are within you are akin to the bodies that you have, the subtle bodies and the materials bodies. The element of the wind, the element of air is akin to your mind. And so indeed, the mind can chatter the way the wind does when it whistles through the trees. The mind can howl as the wind does. The mind can go and create great damage as the wind does in a hurricane. Remember that as you seek to master the level of mind, as you seek to master the element of air. The mind and the element of air must be mastered as you continue to increase in your psychic abilities and your ability to touch the wisdom of the other planes.

You may call on me, Raphael, to help you. I can help you bridge. I can help you all bridge your thought process from the lower mind or the subconscious, to the higher mind. Indeed, within each human being, there does lie a lower mental body and that is interwoven within the cells and in the nervous endings that lie in the solar plexus area. So, indeed, all those organs carry a mind of their own, so indeed each cell carries a mind, carries thoughts, memories, much like a computer. You begin to understand it vaguely. You begin to understand it on a primitive level as you begin to understand the computers you are now working with. The tiny chips and cells within you hold vast amounts of memory, way more sophisticated than any computer your planet understands yet. The organic computer that you are is hugely sophisticated and hugely connected to all the bodies.

The subconscious of the earth and the human subconscious, the human solar plexus, is beginning to release. The solar plexus is spinning. As the solar plexus spins, there will be more dis-ease on the earth, more dis-ease that involves viruses causing nausea, causing stomach disruptions, causing fluctuations in that area of the body. This is important for you to understand because there will be great fears about the viruses. Viral energies work within your cellular body. It is being understood now that they are also in the nervous system or the nerve endings of the body and that they release from the nerve endings into the physical at certain times when the system is stressed. All of you who are seeking to stretch to new frequencies are stressed. On some level or another, there is stress in your systems. No one is immune from the stress. When frequencies change on the earth, bodies become stressed and again, no one is immune from this. How you handle the stress, how you respond to it is the difference. Entities that have connections, souls that have connections on a deep spiritual level and follow disciplines, have an easier time during times of stress for they are able to anchor in the higher planes, much as the Lady Quan Yin who was speaking to you before. You are able to stretch up to the higher planes to a place of refuge to get nourishment, to get nurturing for the spirit. The spirit must remain strong in order to balance within the bodies as they are rocking and rolling.

The system that you have as an organic computer, you can think of it vaguely as programs. Perhaps if you think of it as programs that are put into a computer, you will have a better understanding of your bodies and how they work. So you have all these different bodies within the physical, and without the physical but all connected to the physical through the cellular system and the nervous system. The etheric bodies move in and out of other dimensions. As you are only most of you aware of yourself on the third dimension as human beings, you are now becoming multidimensional. Psychic phenomena is more prevalent in your earth now and cells are beginning to see with their psychic bodies, with their psychic eyes, to see movement, sometimes to feel it, sometimes to hear it, sometimes to be aware of it as a ripple running through.

The psychic plane has vast storms going on within it. Those storms are electromagnetic, somewhat like a hurricane, but without the water and without the physical effect. They are more electrical in nature, using the element of electricity as well as the element of air. So, they sweep back and forth in the astral planes. As a group, you all share (and that is everyone embodied in the human form). So those of you who are expressing the darkest polarities on the earth and those of you who are expressing the lightest polarities on the earth, all share the solar plexus in common. That is a commonality when you choose to incarnate as a human being. That is why right at the beginning of the solar plexus area the umbilical cord happens to attach physical body to physical body.

In a sense, as the earth begins to stir and this chakra begins to change, the human blueprint - and indeed, you do have a human blueprint that is changing, the human race is changing, it is reaching critical mass and when it reaches critical mass, it moves into a different frequency situation. It is changing at a much rapider pace than it has for the last ages. This 2,000 year period that you are moving into is a much more rapid advancement time than any other thus far on the face of the earth because the frequency is speeding up. As the frequency speeds up, the chakras spin. Some of you are affected in some chakras more than others. Some of you still have stress or congestion. Some call it blockages. Things of the lower vibratory levels such as fear, and that is most everything that is at the lower vibratory level is really attached to the energy of fear, do not vibrate at as high a level as things attached to the vibration of love. The great polarity is the energy of fear or the energy of love.

You are feeling those energies come together, much like when a cold front comes in in a hurricane, the energies come together and crash. In your astral place, the energy of love and fear are hitting together and creating thunder. The thunder is what is being stressed on the planet as you watch people go into greater fear. There are pockets on the earth where fear rises, wars arise, disharmony arises, etc. Do not be alarmed at that. In a polarized world, as the light gets lighter, the shadows must be stronger and more extreme. Seek to balance the shadow within you and you will send that vibration out to the shadows of the earth. So as you begin to bring more light into your life, allow yourself to receive more lovingly your own shadows. Allow yourself to be with them and allow the mind to be calm. We are Raphael. The winds and the tones and the light can calm the soul.

We are Raphael. Music, tones, the vibrations that we ask you to tone through your own bodies, these soothe the system. They give you a center and they help build your center and they help build it in spirit. You must have the desire and the intention to serve the light and you must have the desire and the intention to love yourself fully before you can be of service to the light in such a way that is healing to yourself and for others. The great tones of compassion are sounding on the inner plane, so as the astral plane continues to have its inner storms, so does the energy of compassion come in to meet it. Eventually they will come to be one energy and raise the vibratory level of the earth. That is the purpose of your soul's being here at this time. You have your distinct, peculiar purposes to yourself, to your karma and to your soul's journey but you have purpose that is aligned with us and with the light and with each other. That purpose comes from your desire to serve the world, to make the world a better place, to bring more light in. Each of you has that desire along with some of the other desires that may be present in the system.

We ask you to the breathe the winds of change and the winds of wisdom. We are Archangel Raphael. We stand tall in the center of this room reaching from the floor to the ceiling, reaching through the ceiling. We spread our arms and as our energy spreads, we touch you. We spread our wings and bring the currents of light and the frequency of divine harmony, the wisdom of divine harmony, so that you may feel it and recognize it on a cellular level. So that you may draw it to you in your daily life. We are Raphael.

St. Germain

The seeker of light, the seeker of transformation, the transmutation of energies, we are St. Germain. We are here this evening to speak to you. This area of Charlottesville is a light area. This area of Virginia that stretches from the mountains moving from the Afton valley area west of that and moving to Richmond, a light begins to spread and the clarion call goes out. Those of you who feel drawn to bringing light and your work towards Richmond, be open to that. There is much healing that is ready to take place in that area and some of you will be called to bring your healing energies to that area.

We are St. Germaine. We come this evening because many of you work within our vibration and because all of you work within the vibration of transformation and transmutation. We are St. Germaine, accepting the energy that you are, accepting the light and the shadow within you, accepting it with love and with the intention to bring greater light to all parts of your being. This creates a transmutation inside of you. The transmutation will be felt on the physical level. Indeed the immune systems of the earth are the same areas where new chakras will be opening. They are the area of transmutation as well as the area of the physical immune system. In order to strengthen that area, there are some things you may do on the physical plane: using remedies such as Colloidal Silver, different remedies, different vibratory tools, breathing, toning, using tuning forks in that area, using vibrations to open up that area and strengthen the immune system. Unity on all the levels so that you may transmutate the energies that come your way more frequently.

Some of you feel right now like you are standing in a field and being pelted with baseballs, and they are coming in at you faster and faster, so fast that you cannot bat them away. We ask you now to relax. In the beginning of this evening, the mantra EASE was given to you from the Lady Quan Yin. Ease is a mantra that we give to you as well, from the mantle and the heart of St. Germaine. Ease. Think of easing as becoming soft. Use that visual again, of being out in the field and being pelted with rocks, in fact as some of you have been in past lives, the stones thrown, spears, etc. But now, see yourself as so pliant and easy, and as light as the space in between your cells opening as it vibrates at a higher pitch, so that those balls will move through you. You do not have to meet or respond with harshness. Respond with fluidity and ease.

Breathe into those places that are tense. Those who are in female form, breathe into the uterus now, the area of creation in the physical. The female gender holds within it the blueprint of creation. Both genders hold within their etheric forms the energy of creation, the womb of creating and birthing the new. Feel that womb within your physical self if you are in the female form and feel it within your etheric self if you are the male gender, also in the etheric if you are female.

Feel the place within you, the belly, which your creative force lies in. Herein also lies the child that has hurts, rejection, pain, the mother that left you behind, the man that didn't understand you, the woman that pushed you away. Feel these energies within you and allow your belly to fill with the light of the candle that you breathe into your solar plexus. Feel the warmth of the light. Feel all the stages of your life that you have been hurt in, and if your memory reaches back into the soul, feel the stages of past lives, the times that you were shunned, the times that you were not accepted, the times that you were hurt, maimed and even killed in the body. Feel those now being soothed by the presence of the light. Feel those accepted as part of the life that you had chosen when you entered into the third dimension and recognize now that they are leaving, that they are moving out. Feel the energies as you are moving forward. Feel the energies as you draw in the creative force within your root and tone your creative tone when it comes to you. That vibration is the vibration that you create with in this world. New ways of being, thinking, seeing. New ideas. New things in the material form.

In the beginning was the word and the word was truth and the word was a rhapsody of melody. The world was the tone and the vibration. Creation came forth in a symphony, in a beautiful vibration. As you begin to tone in your body, you will begin to tune into the vibration of the earth, the creative force and you will begin to build that creative force within you. Tone for 15 minutes a day. Tone with your family. Tone with another. We are St. Germaine.

We are present this evening to tell you to trust more fully in yourself and that you cannot trust more fully in yourself unless you learn to listen to yourself. Listen to the voices that annoy you. Listen to the voices that you feel whine. Listen to the voices that cry and complain. Listen to them with love and patience and they will open up.

There are parts within your human system that do not want to be here, even yet. Those of you who have committed to fully being here still have parts that cringe in the world, that have difficulty in the vibration of the world. We are St. Germaine. We speak to you about humanity. Humanity is changing, indeed it is growing and the blueprint from the Christed one, the anointed one, is opening. The chakras within you are anointed and your chakras are vibrating to a new tune and a different beat, opening to the beat of love and acceptance. And yet, you still feel pulled by the sounds of chaos, by the sounds of pain and fear. They will ring loudly through this planet. They will ring and try to drown out the sounds of peace and harmony. The sounds of peace and harmony are found in the quiet heart, in the quiet mind, in the quietness within you.

We are St. Germaine. We wish to speak to you. The mountains of your area have light and healing energy in them. The mountains in your area speak to you. We ask you when you think of it to go be in the mountains, to go move to the mountain. The great Afton Mountain holds a crystal within it that was placed by the Pleidian brothers and sisters. That vibration makes it easier for those of you who have the psychic tendencies and healing tendencies to be in this area. It calls and it calls children of the light to it. So there will be many more light workers continuing to stream to this area and there will be times when you will feel tired of the new growth in the area. Yet, remember that the growth is manifesting on the physical form as the growth of light manifests on the internal form. There are those that are sent here to help with the growth and to protect the area. Not all of you have that mission or that journey. Focus on the one that is yours and begin to hear the clarion call inside. Begin to hear the bell. We are St. Germaine.

We bless you and we ask you to embrace life with humor. We ask you to receive the gift that we give again. For some of you it is a new gift you have not utilized and for others of you it is a reminder to use the gifts that I willingly bestow upon the planet Earth.

The gift we give is the gift of the violet flame, the gift of the violet cloak, the gift of the violet netting to place around yourself as you go into the dreamtime. Your dreamtimes will be active and there will be battles fought in some of your psychic realms during your dreamtime. For others you will be reaching out and feeling the pull of souls that are in pain and that you have touched with your psyche in one way or another. Those of you particularly who work in the healing fields and psychic astral fields of the bodies that you bring into your auras, your space - those who do so will need to protect the dream body or the astral body.

So before you go to sleep, simply by calling on St. Germaine three times (always repeat in threes to state your intention), ask me to come and bring the violet net. It looks much like the netting of ballerinas, toile, the color of violet and you can see yourself placing that netting around your body before you go to sleep. This will help you have more restful dreams at a time of high stress.

As was said earlier, indeed there are cracks as the veils begin lifting. There are cracks between the fourth and the third dimensions so those dimensions start to come together. Much like you have seen in some of your movies, like"Ghostbusters," you have things from the astral planes beginning to seep more fully into the earth.

For instance, particularly in the area of Manhattan, when the bombs came and the energy was released, the astral plane released some entities that have not gone to the light as yet. Some of those entities seek light and they attach to the light of other people. Those who are healers will begin to see people carrying these entities. Much like the lost brothers and sisters of Orion, like the lost brothers and sisters from Mars, you will see the lost children of the Earth that are neither here nor there. They've neither fully chosen the light nor sunk fully into the dark. So, at this time, those of you who do healing work and those who sit in groups will spend some of your time sending discarnate souls back to the light.

If souls come to you that need to be sent to the light, simply bring in the energy of a Master (St. Germaine, the Archangels Michael or Raphael) and ask the Masters to send the souls to the light. You will see many come to you for healing, for stress, for massage work and you will find yourself releasing more souls and entities to the light.

It is always like that when there is a great frequency shift on a planet. It is nothing to be fearful of. It is nothing to be alarmed about. Simply be aware that there is a mass exodus from the fourth dimension now and that many of those exiting the fourth are seeking to go to the higher dimensions. Sometimes they need a little help so as you come together in circles, you may be releasing souls to the light. We are St. Germaine.

We ask you to remember to surround yourself with the net of the violet flame, the gift that was given to the beings of this age to use to transform energies. Do not resist energies the way they are. Accept them and use the violet flame to transform and trans-mutate. We are St. Germaine. You may build the flame within your being now. It is a three-fold flame, much like a flame with three tiers. Imagine a campfire with three fires rising in the center of the belly. We ask you with breathing and with intent and with help to build it in your belly, connect it to your solar plexus and connect it to your heart so that aspect is connected. Then send it up through your head. Place your right hand on your belly and your left hand where your soul star is, about 8-12 inches above your head. Om 8 times as you feel the flame rise.

We are St. Germaine. It is very important to keep the sinus area clear, the throat, nasal passages and ears clear. This is a good time to snort salt water or colloidal silver up into the membranes. This will help drip back through the sinuses and throat area. Those of you experiencing disruptions in this area will find this extremely helpful.

We are Michael. We speak now. We come forth on the ray of indigo. We come forth from the realm of light. We come forth from the realm of death. We come forth from the realm of birth. We are Michael. We stand here this evening in the truth and ask you to stand and receive the energies. We are Michael.

We are Michael. We welcome you. We speak to you of the sword of truth, the sword of light. We speak to you of the sword that can be used to send those spirits over to the light, spirits that are still clinging to the earth form.

We are Michael. The sword of truth is the vibration. It is more than a sword. You have known the sword on your earth as a certain form, beaten out of metals and out of light, known it to be an object that cuts and harms. Yet, in the beginning, the sword was a flame caught in the hands of the elementals. The sword was a flame, much as a laser, only greater. That flame carved out and created the vibrations of the lower forms and it brought forth the vibration of the soul-self.

So, indeed that sword is a living entity formed from truth, from the sharp clarity of truth. The beauty of truth is something to behold and many of you are beginning to embrace the truth: the truth of your own being, the truth of acceptance of yourself as a human condition of the polarity of the earth, the truth of accepting the love of the creator, the truth of unconditional love, the truth of accepting this and sharing it - sharing understanding that the polarity of light and dark will balance when you come into the center. You will stand above it and you will watch the Earth. You will be in the Earth but not of it. You will be of the ether and of the light and of the truth.

You are of the light. You are of spirit. We are Michael. We speak now. Feel the sword clearing your aura, the energy that has bogged you down. Feel it clearing disease in the system. Receive the sword in your hands, in your crown chakra or in your heart. Chant as the sword of truth is placed within you.

No truth is too hard to bear. No truth is too great. The truth is given to you in your own way. It has your signature. It is aligned with you and it comes to you. There is nothing to great for you to bear that is given to you from the light, from your soul, from your higher self, from the being that you are. Feel the truth of knowledge come in and understand that you are willing to take that knowledge forth and serve the light. That you are willing to forgive your mother for harm she has caused or bestowed, that you are willing to forgive your father, to forgive the Earth that pains you with your experience on it. And you too are willing to receive her forgiveness for the pain you have inflicted upon her. Take this knowledge now and place your hands on the chakra that most needs the clarity of light and truth.

We are Michael. We promise that we are always with you to bring the truth. We promise that we are always there when you call. Understand the vibrations of fear and anger make it difficult for you to hear us. As those vibrations roll out of you, it is as though you are placing yourself in a soundproof room where you cannot hear the harmony of light or the music of joy that we extend to you when we see your presence. We love you and extend healing energy to the earth and the light beings and our fellow souls embodied.

We understand the pain of separation. We understand that it sometimes feels contracting, lonely and alone. We say this is an illusion, indeed the greatest illusion of this Earth, this dimension. Allow your consciousness to spread to be with us where we are and allow yourself to be with parts of you in the third dimension that still experience suffering. Allow both to happen simultaneously and you will begin to know the freedom of detachment. You'll begin to know the freedom of being whole.

We are Michael. We speak to you of truth. Do not be afraid of the truth within you. Your temple is in the Earth, in the mountains, with the trees. Set with the trees, in the temple. Give yourself time to be there until you can feel the soul within your heart, until you can feel the great humility that your heart holds, the great healing energy your heart holds and the great love that you've been afraid to acknowledge and hold for yourself. We speak to you of this truth.

We are Michael. We are your guide. Dear brothers and sisters, do not be afraid of the truth that drives you from your heart. Do not drive yourself from your mind. There is no task that has been put upon you to make you suffer. There is no task that you need to suffer through or for. Truly know that all can be done again. So we take up again the frequency of ease as our brothers and sisters have this evening. Again we take up the frequency of ease and we chime it through the sword of light, the sword of truth. We bring the vibration of ease to all present.

We are easy with you. Be easy with us and be easy with your truth. That will bring harmony and raise you to the frequency that is calling you. All souls are being called at this time to the frequency of their soul level. Even souls that are very deeply within despair will hear the frequency chiming. Many of you are being pulled up, stretched into higher frequencies, higher realms. You may connect to your higher frequency as many do on the Sunday calls. You may connect and run it through the Earth Star and the Soul Star.

Allow your body to be aware of the Earth Star, the chakra 8-10 inches below the physical body that connects you with the Earth. It is about the use of the healing, revitalizing energy from the Earth that is able to take the cycles of the Earth and bring it into your body. The Earth has given you the wisdom of the cycles of birth and death over and over again in the seasons, in the birth and death of forms, in the seeds, in the cycle of reincarnation. The message has been there that there truly is no death, that there is no separation, that you are truly eternal and eternity continues. As the 3D passes away, your eternal self will move on. As the 3D becomes a higher vibratory level, as the third dimension and the fourth dimension begins to heal, the multidimensional natures of those new beings will take place in anchoring the Earth. Those of you who have chosen to be blueprints, to be beacons for others, to be a light for others, you will be moving in and out of the dimensions. You will learn to balance those dimensions as you learn to balance within your body. Did you think you were a simple being that lived so many years on this planet, only as big as this or as big as that? You are huge beings. You stretch all over the universe. You have been there for the presence of the beginning and you are there for the end. The alpha and the omega exist within you. The divine truth is the resonance that helps you understand it all.

So, the human mind does expand. Listen to what your sciences taught you. You use a very small amount of the brain that you have. You have used that tiny amount because it hasn't been time to utilize it more fully. As the new link is created, and you are the new link of the new phase of the human race, that link is being created by you, chakras are changing, body systems are changing, vibrations are changing. As that becomes more anchored in physical form, the potential for the new race is created. You have done your bidding. What is more important to all of you than the Earth and where she moves to, is the eternity and the passage of your own soul. The frequency that calls you, calls souls home. Souls are listening to the tones of home, the vibration of home. This does not mean that you leave here, that you run away from what is. It means that you accept the frequency and the vibration of home. It means that you are within this Earth but you are not of it, that you live here but you draw your sustenance and your energy from the stars, from the vibrations present. We are Michael.

Breathe in and feel the connection between your Earth Star and your Soul Star. Breathe through your heart and feel union - one, many, one, many. You are one and you are many. You are one and you are all. You are everything together and it is time to understand that. It is time to embrace the deepest parts of self. Look into the eyes of the one that is jealous, the one that is angry, the one that is fearful, the one that snapped, the one that is unconscious. Ignorance is not something that is a sin. Ignorance simply means ignorance of the bright self. The bright self is within you and you have the capacity to embrace it now. Embrace that brightness. Choose no longer to ignore that you are of the light.

Rest yourself in the rays and the vibration of water. You must bring water into the body, especially in the next 12 hours. Your cells need water. Your cells are changing. They are being attacked by the viruses of change and sometimes that virus will manifest physically in the body, creating different releases in different organs, different places in the body. Those viruses, as they release in the system, they are releasing the energy of creative force. Creative force does move forth and create changes in the system. There are many healers in Charlottesville and on the planet that can help you build the immune system. Water is a tremendous healer and to take it in is extremely important. Drink as much water as possible. We also wish to inform you that placing the body within water is also helpful at this time. The bath, the sounds of water, sitting next to a waterfall, these are all soothing and the body needs soothing at this time.
