Quan Yin

We are Quan Yin, we speak this evening: some of you are bowing your heads now. We ask you to stretch your spinal cord and lift up your chins. Lift them up to the light, we ask you at this point to look to the sky, to look toward the ethers, to look toward the top of your circle. Depending on whether you're looking in the etheric world, or in the physical world, you may see your ceiling or you may see the endless sky filled with lights in the etheric world. Look toward lights and call on us. Say, "I am calling you because I am worthy of your connection." "I am calling you because I am worthy of love." " I am calling the highest possibly source of light to be with me this evening to come in through my crown charka and through my heart." We are Quan Yin we extend ripples of blessing through your circle. As you call begin to call through your body.

Anchor your belly now. Ground your feet. Ground them together, sole to sole or ground them on the floor surface. Allow your right hand to go to the belly to hold your belly as we begin pour down light on this circle. We applaud you for coming to this circle, for bringing your energy and for letting go of the stresses, the sorrows and the fears. For letting go of the worries & the concerns that you have held in your hearts, we applaud. Open up and join together in your hearts. We call you forth and bid you to enter into the garden of Quan Yin, a space between plans where struggles and storms do not exist. We call you to this place between plans, were peace and harmony exist. We call you into a space were you can nourish and nurture the self. We ask you draw the words and vibrations into the body through your breath. We ask you to continue breathing and to continue anchoring the right hand onto the belly. If you have a sense of another place in the body that needs healing then bring your hand there and we will work with that space and the nature of the disturbance and heal it.

We are Quan Yin; we are present, we bring forth the light of love, the light of compassion and the light of joy. We bring these to you and we share this energy with your heart. We ask you to receive it into your hearts and to open your heart. You may place the left hand in an open position, turning it up or on your lap. You may keep the palm open as we will come through and place a seed in each palm. We are asking you to nourish and nurture that seed, it is tiny and etheric. Some of you will feel its weight. Some of you will feel its coolness, some of you will feel a rippling in your palm and some will not quit believe that you feel it. Whatever the case, just allow yourself to receive it and tell yourself - if you do not believe it fully- that your are worthy of receiving. This transmission will continue through the process of this hour or so. The energy of this seed will connect with the nervous system and send soothing vibration through the body.

We ask you breathe and draw it thought your body you must breath to draw it thought it will come into the hand and in to the forearm but you will have to breath to bring it deeper within the body. We will assist but you will need to breath. As you do this imagine that this energy permeates the circle bringing you into the garden of Quan Yin, opening your hearts and allowing you to release.

There is much turbulence stirring with in the human psyche and much of that turbulence is stirring with in human hearts and will come up through human relationships in many ways. Those of you who are drawing closer in your relationships and accepting the self more fully will now have as much discord in the relationship with outer humans as those of you who have not fully accepted the self. If you are finding discord with humanity then we ask you to find a cord with your inner being. We ask you to make a commitment right now this evening to spend some alone time with self, alone time with self in communion. There are those of you here that hear the word alone time with the self and feel I have been doing this alone for so long. We ask you to merely to change you attitude and to see spending alone time with your self as a celebration of joy. We ask to feel the joy moving through the cells in the body as you breath with your self. And we ask you use this affirmation that we will give you this evening "I am what I am and I am loving myself"." I am what I am and I am in Love with myself" Please say that out loud to give it tone support .We are Quan Yin.

We are calling you into the circle there are those that are still outside the gate. Please if you feel alone take some deep breaths and allow you self to step into our circle. We are all one. We share the joy and the knowledge and the beauty of each other if there are those belongs that you know on the phone this evening visualize them in you minds eye and imagine seeing yourself sharing in communion with them. The joy, the peace, and the connection, all together. We are connecting.

Everyone knows at least one other being on the phone so allow your self to connect with that being, if not connecting with many. Connect with the image personality of them as you connect with the heart and the soul through the electro magnetic vibration, and the joy and intention of your higher self. We are coming together in the physical and in the higher self. We are Quan Yin.

As we begin to step into this garden, leave your cares and woes behind. Know that they are always with you on some level, but you can enjoy a moment with out the concerns of the office, the concerns of you children, the concerns of your spouse, and the concerns of you world. You are entering into a powerful time and in the next 3 months there will be, and this is something that we promise, you can hold this in your heart in your mind and in your self - there will be some major healing on the planet through government, and through relationships with people. We ask you to be aware of those healing moments some of them will be large and the can be extremely large depending on how many people become aware of the healing and hold that vibration. In other words, your planet will be moving toward some major reconnecting that is why we suggested that the channel work through the telephone. The electro magnetic energy of these technologies that you earthlings have created, have greater force then you realize. For they connect with the electro magnetic force of the universal force. And they connect with the electro magnetic energy of all living being on you planet. So you can begin to use the technology that sometimes has corrupted the earth you can begin to use it for healing just by being aware. Every time you make a telephone call in the next several days, be aware of breathing the energy of Quan Yin through the phone before you being speaking You will that it will make a difference in the communion you have with those that you are speaking with on the phone. So for instance, if you are one of those that collects bills your connection with the Quan Yin's energy before bring bad or difficult tidings to another, or what you consider difficult or confrontational, will be changed just by your focus through the electro magnetic energy. You can also use it this on your computer by sending a message to those you love perhaps written from your heart rather then passing on another's but you may pass on another if it comes to you and inspires you. So you may begin to send messages in the next 48 hr. through the electro magnetic energy, messages of peace, messages of harmony, and messages of love This is important and those of you that do this in the physical we will thank you, and all will thank you for the energy that is being spread through the garden tonight by your presence. They will be carried forth to those whom you send it. You may even think of e-mailing the government just with a message of peace and harmony. Perhaps even some one that you do not care for, you may wish to send a message of peace and harmony, and continue to send that in your mind to those souls you have adversarial connections with at this time, no mater how great or how small.

Taking a deep breath, breathing into your heart, releasing the heavy ness of the heart, send the message of joy and peace to someone in the world. We are Quan Yin we will ask these souls of the light to gather together more frequently, to bring and to connect the message of light, and love the message of frequency. We will ask you to go and connect your groups of light with other groups of light, to take away the differences and focus on the sameness, to focus on the oneness. Every living being on this planet wants to be loved and wants to be connected to love in some space with. So by exuding love first of all to yourself, and through yourself, you will begin to start a huge healing process. The planet Earth is a tremendous healing process, at times do not focus on the catharsis to take place, do not focus on the toxins that are being released, for yes indeed there will continue to be adversarial fears coming to the surface. Those are releases that can make space for greater loving. So when you see something that is quarrelsome in one point in your life go find some other space to spread some community. Even if it's with your dog or cat, simply love that animal or hug a tree. These are living beings that release energy as you share the energy with them.

We are Quan Yin we wish to speak to you about your charkas. There is a tremendous alignment going on in the charkas of human beings. There is a tremendous rebuilding and recreating of charka human beings. So at this point in time those you have been channeling or bring energy forth from your crown charka, might fine it slightly more difficult the usual in the next couple of months and very much so up until the solstice, which is the 20th of March. As your coming toward the solstice there is a tremendous alignment of heavenly bodies of planetary stars and planets that are in atmosphere but also some others that are not in your own star system but are further out in other systems. So as these are aligning, they are causing fog to come over several areas of the planet so you may find yourself getting more headaches. You may find yourself seeing spot before your eyes, you may find yourself having difficulty with you vision. You may have difficult focusing the mind. And the way that you can help is to get in a space such as this evening you may go into Quan Yin's Garden and call on her energies, by call on her three times, Always remember to call any master three times. Quan Yin, Quan Yin, Quan Yin, and ask to come into the Garden and in to the space. This will help you be in a protective space. Then you can open the heart to receive. So if you are having difficulty meditating or channeling it because it is difficult to do so through the crown charka. Do you understand this?

If you have been having some trouble in your meditation you may have been feeling the clouds the will increase. And we wish to share this with you. So that there is fogginess that is coming into the planet and the fogginess can also react with your emotional bodies that have a tendency to feel weightiness or depression so you may feel weightiness or depressive energy as well that it how it reacts with the physical with the mental it can make you ether over energetic or under energetic. The headaches, the blockage, or the rapid thinking in the mind. So it is most helpful to open the heart to receive the energies from spirit. And this may sound rather interesting to you but it is helpful to go in the spot were you have created you meditative space to lay on the floor to breath in to the body drawing the energy drown through the heart. So switching your heart charka with were your crown charka or your head would alien. Do you understand this? This is important because the charkas on many of you look like they are a slinky. They are wobbling rather than hold straight. So when the crown begins to wobble backwards and forwards it is doing this to upgrade your system. It is upgrading your system; it can bring in a dizziness, nausea, headachy these kind of feeling coming up in the body. And it can also cause you to feel agitated and disconnected.

So we ask you if you are feeling that and you are needing to connect to spirit to know that you are not alone that you are not unloved that you are not unacceptable what ever seems to come up from the past. Then it is important to lie on the floor open the heart, by calling space of Quan Yin and the breath through the heart charka. Imagine how that you can tilt your head your head back if your sitting, or if you wish you can lay down. But just imagine just stretching open your hearts so you will have to stretch, arch your backs a little. Breath in to the heart charka. And the new charka that is being created between the throat and the heart. So many of you are feeling in that Thymus area some pain, pressure on the heart. Pressure on the front of the shoulders ache it up and breathe in. As you do, begin to focus on the shower of flowers that we are sending. You may see flower that are particularly for you colors that will support you flowers that will bless you.

We are Quan Yin; we extend our blessing; we speak to you. We speak to you dear sister, in answering your question about your glasses, and your vision. There are several layers going on within you and several things going on. One is that the physical vision is being affected by the nervous system which is being affected by the energy that was mentioned earlier. There are waves of energy that are coming through the body that will affect every electromagnetic being that will effect every nervous system that will effect every system in one way or another remembering you physical is you focus point so it will generally bring up physical symptoms as well. Fevers hot cold viral energies moving through the system. In particular your issue with the change of your glasses and the spot before your eyes is on the physical caused by the wave it is also on the emotional level that is having difficulty seeing some of the thing that you are angry about. So we will ask you to allow yourself to go in to the garden of Quan Yin.

Call on me specifically as I am a guide for you and ask me to help you see the thing that connect to the deep anger within. Allow yourself to ask me to help you see them and to help release old anger in the body. All other beings that are having difficulty with seeing certain things in the light just come to the garden to ask to see something that you are frightened of to ask to help with a decision to ask to understand the parts of self they are layers that are shifting out of your cellular level. In some of you it is coming out of the mussel causing aches and pains. In some of you it is coming out of the tissue with in the body. It is helpful to have massage and have manipulation for the physical body tat this time because so much is actively moving from you etherically.

Do you understand dear children of the light? This is most important an there are some of you here that tent to push through your stresses in the body and the aches and pains rather than allowing them to be rubbed out. Even rubbing yourself or even something like efferage. Light brisk rubbing on the body on the skin using a dry brush and brushing the body and stimulating the lymph system is extremely important right now. Particular now that that these Neptunian energies are that connect with your dream time, and you lymph system is moving in so many different possessions with the planets so it is very important this time to stimulate that lymphatic system and every one on this telephone will benefit from brushing with a dry skin brush of loofa or some type of natural thing brushing the body to stimulant the lymphatic system before and after you breath this is quit helpful we suggest because we know that there will be some more physical viral bacteria coming up. They will be called flues; they will be called bugs that are going around. You see?

So welcome them when they come to the body and welcome your bodies ability to slow down you will be working more with the rhythms of your body and the rhythms of energy rather than the rhythms that have been imposed on you by the patriarchal world the out side world. Many of you have moved out of those rhythms and live from your own rhythm. At this time many of you are making that choice and learning to connect and straighten your rhythm but often noting difficulties when you're in other peoples rhythm often noting how they can pull you out of your center. We say to you if you call on Quan Yin asking her to provide you with a connection to the garden then you will be able to draw on the balance from this space. So that the storms that go on around will not effect you and thought you off balance.

We are Quan Yin we ask you to breath deeply in the body now opening both palms and raising them up around the heart area we will bless and we will ask you to receive. Breathing deeply we will ask you to tone twice we extend blessing upon you we extend blessing to you dear children of the light. We send these blessings down through the etheric energies, through the electric magnetic lines to be received in your hearts. We send these blessings to the palm of your hand and begin to build more fully that seed that is implanting in your left palm. We ask you to listen as we bless, we bless you, we bless the loneliness that has been within the soul. We bless the loneliness that has been without partnership and without friendship and familyship that has supported you at different times. We bless this. In many of you, deep energies will be coming up from the core center of loneliness and you have walked forward and you have struggled with that and many of you have overcome it and learned how to accept it and yet you will feel it again because the human soul is realing veils.

So, in a sense, the veils that were spoken about in the old writings and in the old ancient text were the veils in the cellular structure of your own being. Remember you are the temple and the veils that are being stripped from the temple at this time are clearing out of the cellular center. If you are not taking conscious time to work with yourselves and your lymph systems and your body and helping it release toxins by doing cleanses, not necessarily in depth cleanses, short cleanses are all that are needed at this time because everything in magnified. This cleansing will help you remove the veils. One of the veils of humanities inhumanities to one-another is being removed at this time. That is why there is great potential for blessing in the next 6 months and for healing in major areas of the planet. In government, in races, in religion. So you will see these wonderful healings taking place. As the energy begins to come up the sludge from this cellular level that tissues begin to clear and shine in a crystalline structure that they are you will fell the shards of loneliness that kept you from being able to bond fully within your self and within other human beings.

So those of you who are going into partnership, who are seeking partnership, who are connecting deeper in families will feel this removal period and there will be some imbalance in the waters of the emotional body. So you do have water in your cell tissues and you do have waters etherically that make up the emotional body and there is a rippling as it is clearing. So you will feel that rippling in relationships. Allow yourself to remember that's what happens if you particularly feel distressed with your partner or with those that you partner with, family, friends, etc. Or with the fact that the partner has not arrived to share with yet. That the stress that will come up but it will be moving out clearly by about May. SO many of you will be having deeper connections in your partnerships, new partnerships, and changes in the physical ones that you currently have and new partnerships that will start to come towards more fully in the physical.

We speak to you now dear daughter as we continue to bless all. We bless you in your relationship with other human beings, and your relationships with yourself. We speak to you sister about your impending marriage that is coming up and the fears that you have for this beings ability to move towards the light. He is moving rapidly and you are seeing now all of what he has been moving away as he has been anchoring and committing with you. There's a great depth of commitment within him, and for that commitment to fully bond which it is currently beginning to do, his lack of self esteem begins to come to the surface and that is what you see when you see the fears.

So you will begin and often you will see this in the male self so those of you who are in male/ female relationships may see the male experiencing some deep releases of self-esteem. In fact the male genders may be going through this. Fears that the males had before the patriarchy began. So this is old male fear in the inability of that self to connect with the feminine vibration of the planet. So male gender bodies will be experiencing this. Of course the male force within female gender bodies will experience in that release as well. You may see it initially more being cleared out by males. Male gender bodies that are experiencing this know that this is something that you are committing to releasing for many men.

So by facing your inner fears, by stripping the ego that protected some of those inner fears and inadequacies and brining to the surface at this time, not only do you bring great healing for yourself, but you allow that healing veil to be created for the male gender. This is a very powerful time for healing between the male/ female vibrations. Much of the discontent that we now see in countries and within human beings comes from this original separation when the cells split and chromosomes split creating separate gender bodies. On a soul level you know you are one and your consciousness is coming back to unity consciousness. Your genders are becoming less separate and more androgynous outwardly. Your genders are becoming more accepting of their feminine selves and their males aspect and of their masculine selves and their female aspect which will bring greater joy in relationship so there will be about relationship and partnership that will begin to come up within the next few years. New ways of being in it, new ways of acceptance, new ways of people accepting the choices that others make. Yet before that happens initially there will be more friction and anxiety around how people behave in their families and in their choices to express love with one another.

We are Quan Yin. We chose to speak with you at length about these things this evening because the cellular bodies, Yin/ Yang function is coming together more fully so you will see these issues of the Yin/ Yang come up more fully in your lives. Remember when you are feeling in a stressful place with a partner or with gender opposite your own in general remember to be patient and you are helping the world move forward. Can you remember this? So we do say you will see some stresses in these differences between the male/ female energies in relationships, but we do say those stresses will begin to pass and bring you closer. Remember as you go through them dear ones.

We are Quan Yin. We ask you to hold your arms open, spreading them out on either side of you if you have a physical being with you, you may connect with that physical being. Now feel us all connecting together, palm to palm. Hold you right palm facing outwards from your body and your left palm facing open. So you use your right palm, imagine you are spreading it down and out to the person on your right and your left. Continue to keep open to receive that feed. YOU will begin to feel the heat to begin to build in your body and we ask you to breath now being aware of the circle and being aware of connecting as you breath sending the energy through the circle. Again visualize it just moving through the states, moving through the areas of the earth, moving through Virginia, through Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, through Florida, through St. Croix, through Indiana, Missouri, North Carolina, South Carolina, New Mexico, California, Arizona, Long Island, Brooklyn, Upstate, Richmond, Charlottesville, Crozet. Send it out, circle it around, and feel it coming back into your body. We will ask you to feel the heat in your body and hold. We will tone as we leave remaining with you but opening to a new frequency that wishes to connect through the physical and through the electromagnetic with you this evening.

St. Germain

I am St. Germain, I am with you. I am present. You are gathered in a rainbow of light. It's the higher selves with the higher selves. We are St. Germain and together we are one. Your higher selves and our energies are making the I Am presence within. Making the I Am presence above the circle and above this group. Yes indeed we ask you to breath into the throats. You will feel an energy moving in your throat at this time. I am willing to trust in the spirit within me. We ask you to say this. I am St. Germain.

I speak to you because many of you are connected with my energies. Some of you are moving newly into a greater connection and will be channeling forth the energies of St. Germain. Dear sister we speak to you now about accepting that you can bring the energy of the violet flame through your being as you counsel others using your tool. We are St. Germain.

We speak to your heart now dear sister and ask you to trust in yourself. Remember that as you begin to work with others with your intuitive energy you will begin to clear the lack of self-esteem that has been around you in the feminine that has been around your flow. This will help you as you go out into the world and being to connect with the acting and being seen in the public. We ask you to use our energies and to speak our truth. We are St. Germain.

We speak also to you dear sister who doubts we love you at times. Knowing that you are connected with us so deeply - and we know that you know us - you forget that we are with you. You forget that we root for you, we support you and we hold you in our arms. We wish you to remember that we hold you in our arms next to our heart. We are St. Germain.

We speak this evening of the violet flame. We ask that you consciously use the violet flame to help with the cellular changes that are going on in humanity and within yourselves individually. You have come to be a portend of what will be in the future. You have come to anchor the spiritual being in the physical. You have come to be walking in this earth as a spiritual being. We cannot fully walk into the Earth because we do not have the physical vehicle that you have. We cannot bring out vibration into the Earth to be seen by those who are suffering because the vibration that they exist in their suffering and in their pain is a vibration that clouds the ability to see us present. We are to see our presence to see the angles, to see the guardians, to see the light beings that walk with all of you. We are St. Germain. We speak to you of your physical vehicle, and we speak to you of the selves within. We ask you to use water, even if medically you feel you can be using too much water at this time there are changes. Even those of you who have studied ancient healing methods, those healing methods have great truth and they will help the bodies in these modern times. The study of Acupuncture, the study of Acupressure, the ancient work with heated stones, the work with the manipulation of the body. But they also must be brought up to date because the bodies that you are working on are slightly different in continuing to become different every day. So you need to trust yourself and to trust your intuitive ability. All healers that on the planet need to trust that more and more. Those who practice the western style those who practice nutrition, those who practice massage, those who practice homeopathy, those who practice healing methods are going to need to rely on more on their intuition because bodies are going to be different and exhibiting different tendencies. So therefore a certain pain in a certain area will not necessarily indicate a type of disease anymore. It may be something else entirely. So many will go with pains and will be told their pain is psychosomatic, their pain is not really within. Indeed it is within it's just not showing the same way for it is activating different circuits in the body. The nerve endings that have the pain and the parts and the areas of the body that express pain to you express pain in growth. So now that you are growing energetically you are growing new charkas, you are growing new strands in your DNA, you are growing new cells in your being. Different cells. As this begins to happen there will be many physical fluctuations that happen within the body. Please be patient with your body and learn to accept what you feel in the body. It can be accelerated to move out rather faster depending on whatever it is that you have chosen for yourself for in this material world and in this material form. So if you are exhibiting physical signs of disease we simply ask you to perhaps go if you are going for healing to those that can be more open and intuitive with you and can accept that aspect of yourself. If you are healers we ask you on a daily basis to move out of the mind as much and into the intuition. The intuition will point to your mental areas that will understand what is needed for this individual. The same will come if you are healing the psyche. The same will come if you are beginning to talk to friends and relatives. You will begin to be all able to use healing energies.

Human Beings are moving into great capacity of miraculous healing. You will find this age, this time; this ten-year period you exist in will be a time of great miracles. Individuals who are what you would consider daily average beings will perform the miracles daily. There are no average beings, you are all unique. You are all of the light and you are all full of the potential and power to bring love, and light in healing, throughout your being to all situations.

It does not particularly have to look in any way that your mind might think it would have to look. It simply be done so as was suggested earlier for instance by simply creating an intention before making a phone call you will find your phone calls will have a more healing quality to them and relationships with people. Many of you have to talk to individuals in businesses and in institutions on a daily basis that you perhaps do not like to talk to. For instance the individual in the phone company that holds you up or pushes you around. Or perhaps the individual the individual that calls your house trying to sell something, you can simply send them back love and say, "I'm giving you peace and blessing you, and no I do not want this today but I do send you peace and send you peace and love back." An unusual way to greet a telemarketer, but a new way that will begin to create healing. So we ask you to be aware of this. Particularly this week, as you move towards the solstice, beware of what energies you are putting out to be created and drawn up in the solstice. Yes indeed the solstice creates a spiral energy around the planet. Those of you who can go dance and dance the spiral on the Earth on the solstice, those of you who can create a circle and celebrate with others on the Earth. This can create a very powerful vortex where you will feel the Earth. The Earth still creates the vortex even though the guardians of the Earth do not remember to do so anymore. So it is important to create a circle of light during the solstice. Perhaps sit with your family, or perhaps simply in the evening when you sit down before the meal of the solstice, you can hold hands and breath and send love and light through the circle. It does not have to look any particular way, it is just done in the way of the circle and the circles will begin to spiral your love and your light upward. You may dance in a circle with your friends. You may skip and go around in a circle, you may simply create a circle in your healing space if you are alone by laying out candles, or flowers or you may go out and circle around the tree and circle on the earth. As you do simply ask to be one with the energies of the Earth in the Earth reconnection and resourcing with the energies that the moon would send from the universal flow. So the Earth knows how to give and receive but those of us who have been on it have forgotten. Those of us being human vibratory levels and indeed I have walked in human form and had moments of unconsciousness myself, ourselves. We have all had moments of unconsciousness. Allow us to come together in a circle of light brining in the violet flame connecting to one another and bringing in the awareness now. I am what I am and I am aware of myself as an electromagnetic being that connects with all living energy on this planet. To connect with the elements of the water, earth, Spirit, fire, air. (Group Repeats) Bring that forth metal. Bring those energies forth and bring those elements forth when you stand on the solstice. This can help ease some of the disruptive energies that will come before the helping. Indeed there will have to be more sorrow, pain and death before the major healing. It does not have to be in your lives however, but you will see it in lives around you.

Keep your hearts open, utilize the violet flame and we will come together and share that together. By breathing deeply we will ask you to stand again. Ground your feet into your carpet, into the earth, into your flooring. Breathe deeply. In the name of St. Germain I call the violet flame to come within me. Raise your Palms up above your head, breathe deeply and tone. Using the tone from the top of your head to the bottom of your roots. The violet flame can bring peace, can bring health, can bring happiness. We ask you to use it simply by calling on it. Visualize violets; visualize the violet flame surrounding your dreamtime.

There are many messages being given in the dreamtime now. We ask you to look over the messages of the past few days and the messages of the next several days that are before you. Look at the bits and pieces from your dreamtime and ask for the greater message. There are some of you who still don't understand particular dreams. Take the pieces out of the dream. Ask the energies of St. Germain to help you take the piece that's important to unlock the picture. Each dream that is coming has many elements and many aspects to it. Many parts. Although they are strung together sometimes seeming to make a hall, the parts open up deeper levels of the dreamer. Deeper levels of that aspect of yourself. Remember you are opening on deeper levels. Balance can be achieved by going to the earth, by bringing the waters of the earth into the bodies. Keep your waters pure if possible. As you begin to drink water, perhaps drink spring water or purified water and we will ask you after the channeling this evening and into the next 48 hours to be aware of drinking water. We have activated you on a cellular level which will start clearing some of the toxins. The water will simply travel it through and clear the crystalline structure within you. So it is important to drink the water. If you are feeling particularly toxic in the physical you can add chlorophyll to that water or lemon. These things are simple things that will help the body clear. It is important please remember that.

Keeping your hand on your belly, you may see yourself again down. We are St. Germain. We are one with you. We are here to talk about the planet. Again we will speak of more pain and sorrow. We will ask you not to clog the electromagnetic pools of the planet. For example the televisions, the telephones, the computers. Please do not send negative energies through any of these sources. So if for example you are looking at the news through the Television or listening to it on the radio, simply turn it off and close it off from your space. Place your hands on it and tone to it. So that the energy will go back out and sooth those individuals that will be agitated by looking at the negatives. Do you understand this? It is very, very important at this time not to expose yourself to too much of these heavier vibrations from the news or programs or from the newspaper pictures. Keep the negative energies out, and hold the images of Garden.

As you move towards the solstice you may hold the images of spring. You may hold the images of buds opening. If it's possible for you to draw those images you may do so. If it is possible for you to paint them or create them with torn paper, create these images of flowers. If it is not possible, bring flowers into your workspace, your home space and place them around so you can look at them. Or even images that are sculpted or created from fabric or plastic but bring the images so that you may look at that vibration. You may think of the growth, the blossoming. For blossoming is coming forth. This is a promise. This planet is blossoming. You may help it unfold, by focusing on it, particularly as you move into the spring. We are St. Germain, we speak to you of joy of transformation, we speak to you of your world. We speak to you dear brother about the entanglement around your throat that comes from the partner that comes from the friend. We ask you to visualize him surrounded with (Break in Tape). Hmm, perhaps the word should be that you are moving to a different level in your association with the friend of the heart.

We speak to you now dear brothers and sisters we speak to you all. We ask you now to embrace those who have served you in the past through difficult relationships. Through criticism, through rejection, through pain, and through sorrow. Take a moment now to be still and look upon those who have thine enemies in the past and now send them love and send them a flower. "Whose kitty is that?" "Roxanne." The kitty does remind us that those beings who share our space whose electromagnetic energies are more conscious of the etheric. Especially the cat, beings, and bird beings that you have, and some of the dog beings. Though the dog beings tend to connect in the heart space. Some wonderful beings sitting with us including in this room. I opened my eyes; my physical eyes and I noticed that all of a sudden I am surrounded by furballs. All sizes and shapes. They find the energy and I came down here by myself originally.

So let us go back to the circle. The energy of St. Germain is over us like a veil. The picture is that our circle is under a tent. The tent is violet but it is strong, yet flexible. It is violet, yet it is opaque. In this circle under this tent we have found a way to be one. We have found a way to be one with ourselves.

We are Michael Archangel speaking now. The violet flame surrounds you it is within you and without you. It moves through your heart. The vibration of compassion surrounds you and swirls through the phone coming from the center of the space that is called Quan Yin's Garden. That is simply a physical name that we give this space and vibration of compassion. It is between the higher realms and the lower realms. A space that you can go easily to and you can begin to bring into you space a bridge as you are creating this evening. With this bridge that is the conference call. You are coming together, you are sharing, you are building bridges, you are coming together with your different genders, with your different ideologies, your different thoughts, your different belief systems, and you are sharing form the heart. You are bypassing the separations that they would have connected. All of you would be able to be one in the physical personalities yet you are one now in the heart. This is what is needed to be understood on the planet. The heart is great. The human heart is a great, great organ, connected to a great, great chakra, connected to a core and a vibration of the eternal one.

We are Michael, we speak from the realms of the eternal one, and we speak as the guardian of the truth and of the light. We speak as the one that came forth in the Garden known as the Garden of Eden that came forth and veiled the fiery sword that protected it from being contaminated by fear, which protected it from contaminated by the separations that the fear brought on. That opens the door now for all those who would walk into the garden of truth, in to the garden of compassion, into the garden of light. We are Michael. We are one with you this evening. We have offered the sword to you before, it is present. You have it within many of you. You have taken the sword in other times in other offerings, in other circles. We are Michael.

Once again we remind you that the sword is present within, and for those who have not consciously received it before, we ask you to stand and receive the sword of truth within the center and the core of your being. The swords that will help you cut away that which is not serving for you that will help you scrape and clear the cellular level. For there is a clearing going on in this level.

The angelic force is strong around the Earth at this time. We are standing strong in the area of the Earth that is India at this time. We have come forth from the mountains there that are between Tibet and India. We have come forth through the Himalayas. We are coming down through Pakistan, and over to Afghanistan. The energy of the angelic force is strong. By focusing on the Himalayan Mountains and toning with it, you can do any chant with your focus connected to them or any chants that come from Hindi or Buddhist text. You may chant these chants together by listening to sounds or you may focus, as we will now. Focus on the Himalayans, the points of the Earth here, the breasts of the Earth, the points of the earth that release the energies of the mother core that release the energies of healing and nurturing, and that attract the energies of the stars. They are conduits of life and love. Just like that human breast is a conduit for the expression of love from the charkas through the other vibratory forces that your human heart and your human heart chakra connects to. These tips of the mountains, these tops hold the energy vibration. So please focus on the Himalayas now simply by allowing yourself to see them in your minds eye or to hold your mental connection there. Please breathe towards those points and we will ask you to Ohm three times feeling your Ohm activate the crystals there and spread that light over the continent of India and down over the lands of Afghanistan and Pakistan and Bangladesh, to be healed by the light.

Just feel the energy moving out and healing on that part of the Earth, then to begin to surround the entire sphere. Peace, peace, peace. We send the peace of the creator to you. We bring you the peace of the light and the vibration of unconditional love and happiness. We ask you to wrap the peace around the psyche, around your heart, and to wrap your peace around the planet. This sword imagine that you can dig it into the ground behind you. Plant it into the ground next to you on your right and your left. On your north and your south, your east and west, before you, behind you, beside you. The sword of Michael surrounding you with a vibratory truth and energy allowing you to be held in a calm of light so those disturbances that will be moving through the force, through the vibratory field of electromagnetic energy will not have to rattle your body.
