Archangel Michael

Prepare your bodies to receive. Watch the breath, there are constrictions in some of you. Watch the places in the body that feel constricted as you breathe. Part of the aspect of co- creating is understanding your power as creator. You are working in the healing fields, you are working in many different fields on this earth at this time, yet you are all bringing a healing energy forth and in that process of healing, you are in that process of healing the human psyche and the human system. Collectively you are reaching a critical mass that is ready to burst forth. We speak tonight. We enter tonight. We come into the circle. We are Michael.

We are Michael. We bring in the Angelic Force. We are Michael. We come to speak to you because of the area in which you live. We are Michael. Part of what we do is station our-self at the harbor area of this city. We are Michael.

We have come before to bless and we wish to acknowledge and we wish to have you acknowledge our presence and we wish to have you acknowledge the presence of the Angelic Force around the harbor of this city. When you are moving through this city, call on Michael's energy. We are here. We cannot act without your free will choice - you must call us. We are here outside of this city and there is a great light that is beginning to enter this city, which must make it's way through the thought forms of fear. There is a great deal of fear and frustration; anger at the things that cannot be changed, or that are perceived as not being able to be changed. We are Michael.

You will see change in this city. You will see opening in this city. You will see light in this city. You are part of it. We are Michael - Archangel Michael. We speak this evening of the sword of light and the sword of truth. We speak this evening of the truth resonating within in your being. As you breathe, as you tone, as you exist in this world, you exist as truth. Enlightenment comes from truth. Enlightenment comes from shedding light on the illusions and disillusioning the ego in the self - so indeed along your path you have been disillusioned - is this not so?

Disillusionment helps you come into the central core of who you are. We are Michael. We speak to you this evening. We ask you to keep the bodies open. We ask you to recognize the light of the indigo vibration that begins to come through this city. The blue is in the waters around the city and you may focus on the blue and build it. For example we would ask that you join us in meditation for this city and that the one thread that you hold in your consciousness is finding the vibration of blue and seeing it reflect in the waters of the coast. The coast of this area is having some difficulties and there is a great shifting beneath the earth in this area. There are many brothers and sisters that have come from the other planes to help keep the shift from being something that could be major. We ask you to join in, in a co-creative process to help to sooth the energies of the earth and to help empower the waters that are overloaded with toxins from the chemicals and waste that are thrown into them on a daily basis.

Water speaks to you and you speak to it. Every time that you take water in over the next several months speak to that water from the waters from within you and have that water speak to you. Cherish that water and bless it. Water has a great power to change the planet and it will feature itself in a tremendous way in the next three or four years. There will be issues coming up from the waters of the earth. When you refer to water you often to refer to the body of water. You indeed are a body of water. Listen to things that you have been saying on your planet and understand. The great body of the collective conscious is ready to be baptized into its new self. Indeed the waters on the physical level are a part of this; the waters on your plane are a part of this. They would be prepared by their own preparation and their own consciousness. The waters have their own consciousness; it is a consciousness of creation. The symbols are all around you. Your fetus is sitting in water for nine months. Your life forms come from the water. There is a great deal of your body that is made up of this element and it is also an element that works with the emotional aspect of you that can achieve highs and lows, just as the waters do. It can achieve great fluidity. You need to be fluid at this time - fluid in your thoughts, in your feelings and in your bodies. You who work with energy understand the fluidity and the movement that comes into the body. It is necessary for you to be fluid in order to move into the next frequency.

Frequencies are fluid energies; frequencies connect with you and pick you up. If you stay rigid in a thought form, in a belief system, in a fear, or in anger, you will meet difficulties as the great vibration of the fluid energy begins to enter the earth. The waters will reflect this. The waters have to clear themselves out. There is a collective body that is built in the super-conscious area from the element of earth. You know that your bodies are made up of the elements of earth - you know that the dust, clay, fire, water, and the metal - these are all elements - you know this. If you look at the greater body that represents the earth, you will see the earth itself has a body also made up of the same elements. There is a part of you that is a part of the earth and at the same time there is a part of you that is a part of the stars and the heavens and the collective consciousness of all, just as the earth is. The earth knows this and has never forgotten it, but you as human beings have. The earth and its systems know that they are connected to the universe and they give you the message daily.

Water will begin to give you messages in louder ways. There will be healing and miracles around water and there will be some destruction and toxins and there will be some diseases beginning to come up in this area. Water will also empower you. As you take on your fluid nature and you accept what is your heritage, you will see miracles faster in water than in any other physical aspect element on the earth.

We say to you, you may bless the water as you are now and that blessing with your hearts intention to be grateful for the life it gives all living things on your planet and yourself, that blessing will change the water and you will see these miracles. If this circle went out tonight and every night for 12 days and blessed an area of the water where there were toxins and un-cleanliness in it, you would begin to see the water become clear and purify.

This is a fact. You may do this yourselves. In fact we ask you, in fact we implore you, to begin working with the waters. It will empower you and will empower others. You will begin to realize that you have an ability to create. Mankind sees itself lost in the illusion of separation. Humankind sees itself divided from one another through gender, through creed, through race, through family, through relationship and at the same time there is a great coming together - a unity consciousness - that begins to come into the earth. There are those that understand this unity and seek to bring it forth. We are Michael. We speak to you about this.

The Angelic Force is present with you. We have not been embodied in flesh as you have yet we are your relatives. We knew you and we know you and some of you have been with us in different ways at different times. We are Michael. We speak to you from the truth, we speak to you from the light and we bring the sword of truth to this city. We bring this sword of truth to you as a gift evening and you may receive it if you would. This is a free will choice planet and you have a choice. What choice do you make for yourself?

Ask yourself this deep inside; what are my daily actions choosing? Am I unconsciously choosing a way that I really do not want to live? Or am I being more conscious of my choices and choosing life? Am I choosing to move into the new age, into the time of peace and harmony on the planet? It will come - it will come. The frequencies will begin to separate vibrations. There may be two worlds - one denser and one lighter - which one do you enter? The earth has made her choice - she is healing. The waters of the earth have made their choices - they are healing. The body of water around the earth has acted as the immune system for the earth. The human beings of the earth have dumped waste into this system and it can no longer continue to keep you healthy, so your immune systems will be more at risk then ever before in human form un a mass level. This is important to understand. It is time to work with high vibration healing tools, whether they be herbs or needles working with meridians or hands on or body adjustments. There are many, many avenues open, but the immune system must be solid within the individual in order to take the new onslaught of new energies. This is not a punishment, it is simply that the earth can no longer afford act like a buffer between your immune system. The waters around the cities are becoming denser and denser, so those in the cities are more susceptible to the immune system running down.

This is not said to create fear, not by any means. It is being brought in to give you an idea of what is happening of what is happening to the thymus area and the immune system in the body. Begin to work with this; use strength in areas; keep a balance in your life and find time to get with the earth - healing those areas that are dense by coming together with that idea of healing. Coming together and standing in a circle of four around a tree in a park and bless that tree; coming together and consciously thanking the grass and the trees and the skies and the water of the earth. Embody them; empower them, for they have empowered you for ions on this planet. You must empower back to keep the cycle going because it is time for the co-creative process to happen. The earth and her systems are involved in this process. As more and more humans - human beings - become involved in this process your lives will be easier and the changes will be greater. We are Michael.

We speak to you this evening as truth. We ask now will you be willing to receive the sword of truth and the sword of light? If so, then stand and open the palms. We will send the energy. You may receive it. The group creates a greater focus, however it is your choice.

The sword of light will come to you whichever way you need it. It may enter through the crown, it may enter in through the heart, or it may enter in simultaneously through the palms of the hands and the feet from the earth. We ask you to stand centered. We ask you inside of yourself, or through your voice, to say "Michael, Michael, Michael, I am willing to receive the sword of light of truth."

We ask you tone three times, feeling the resonance deep within your being, as we send this gift of truth and illumination to you.

We have worked with truth from the beginning of time, before time was measured. We have worked with truth for eternity, we begin it and we end it. We are alpha and omega. We are truth. We have stood by every being in the light of truth, with the sword available, that has chosen to master the physical form and to move in the realm of the ascended master area. On a soul level, there are many masters here in this room - where the souls have achieved mastery in different forms and different times and in different incarnations. This is a lifetime where many of you will master the physical. All of you are working on mastering the mental. As you master your minds and you master your mental bodies, you learn to reside in the heart. We are Michael.

The truth is that we must as a human race all reside in the heart. The Angelic race is connected to you. We were there at your inception, your conception and your birth. We have always been with you and we are part of your process. The Angels are thick around the cities of your world at this time. They are thick in the dreamtime - they are present - all the levels of the Eloheim and the Angelic force. We will ask you to vibrate with the Angels and the Eloheim at this time by chanting the Eloheim seven times. As you chant it in your circle feel the blessing come upon you. We ask you once again to connect in your circle, left palm up and right palm down.

Slowly bring your hands up to your heart chakra. You may touch the bodies or you may not, wherever your hands land just have them facing the heart chakra. We are Michael. We are present with you. We do bring celebration, we do bring light and we do bring this to you. You may call us times three…

Michael, Michael, Michael burning bright, Michael, Michael, Michael with the sword of light, bring it to me in the darkness of my night, bring it to me and illuminate me so that I can live without fright.

Do not be alarmed at rhyming. Rhyming brings a cadence in, a rhythm in, that helps you be more open to the higher vibratory frequencies. We do not speak like you speak. We do not speak with words. We speak in what you would likely understand as telepathy - but it is greater than that and lesser than that. We do not say these words to puzzle you. We wish you to know that rhyming and toning you have a greater ability to reach us and to open to body for the reaching of us because it disengages you from the mental process of thinking, thinking, thinking, which had made many of you so stressed. We are Michael.

We ask now that you seat yourself in a comfortable position and, remembering the words of Quan Yin, take water. Continuing to breathe and open the bodies, be at peace, be at peace, Ahdonay, be at peace.

Lord Sonanda

We are Sonanda. We speak this evening. We speak from the vibration of the rose colored energy. We speak from the vibration of unconditional love and acceptance. We are Sonanda. We have come because we have been called. We do not often come through this channel; we come this evening for those of you who have called us. We have walked the earth of the last age. We have walked the earth as many knew as Jesus. We have walked the earth and we walk it again now.

We walk in the hearts and we walk in the souls. We walk with our brothers and sisters in the light. We walk as the consciousness of the Christed energy and we ask you to accept that consciousness within your being. You are entering a new age and you are moving into a new blue print. Each time a new age is entered, the chakra system adjusts, soul adjusts and the patterns within the cellular structure of the human system adjust. So there is a blue print, if you would. The blueprint energy activates and connects to the physical form through the glandular system in the body. There is a tremendous activation of the glandular system at this time, particularly the petulitary, the thymus and the penial. The other glands are activated as well, but at this point in time, this particular trinity is activating within the system. There will be many body complaints that will come. There will be a greater deal of fire being released in the system, and you must meet that fire with the open channels of the divine feminine. There will be some activation in many of the systems and processes of the physical body. The activation, for instance, in the hormonal system will be extremely active effecting the estrogen levels and testosterone level in individuals. Both males and females will be having shoots and lags - greater impulses or inputs of estrogen or testosterone and then lesser. So it will be necessary to keep the hormones balanced, and we speak to you about understanding your physical body on a greater level.

The physical body is a point or a place you may go to understand the divine. If you sit with yourself and you begin to love the system and the process that you exist within, you will begin to understand much about the universe. Do not be alarmed if the body has an ache, rather welcome it and begin to go into that space and find out what is happening. We are Sonanda. We wish to speak about bodies this evening.

At one time the body of Christ, or the energy aspect that was considered Christ, was a body that came together for the idea of sacrifice and empowerment and saving of the other souls. You are now in an embodiment of recognizing that through saving the self, we did not come to save other. Indeed many of you here came to serve others and serve humankind, but not save and not to serve through servitude. Rather the service must be done to through the self. Whatever you do that is loving service will multiply ten-fold. Remember that if you are not being loving to yourself in some of service to others, then you are negating the great deal of healing that you could do. We speak of this, for instance, if you are tired and your body is out of balance and you continue to push to help someone else, it does not help at this time. In another age it did, in this it will not. Do you understand this?

These are important tidings that we bring; these are important awareness for you at this time because the polar shift is coming. It comes in the middle of this 11-year period that you are in. If you are looking for dates and times on your calendar, we could say that will come some time around 2005. Will this shift happen on a major level in the physical form? No it will not on the physical form of the earth, yet it will change weather patterns, wind patterns and water patterns. These are the most susceptible to the shifting. The polarity shift takes place in between - you shift from a mental attitude, fear based place, to a heart based, loving space. So polar shift must take place within each one of you and sometimes it will feel as if you will be turning upside down and inside out as the events of the world and the events of your life, begin to shape to shift for you. Do you understand this? If you take full responsibility for the creations in your life then the shift will not shape you as much as you will understand that you are shaping it. We do not speak in riddles; we speak the best we can with the language that is available. We speak to you in your hearts this evening and we reach out and touch you with the light of the Christ power, the light of the Christ consciousness - the anointed one. This term is the term of a being that walks on the earth with soul star open. This term is the term for one whose crown is glowing with light and there are many lights in this room, we are proud to say and proud to be here. We are with you. We are one in the light. We are Sonanda.

Quan Yin

And so the evening progresses, and the room is warm. We are Quan Yin, again present. We have come this evening because you have called. Quan Yin, Goddess of Mercy, Woman of Water. Quan Yin, seen as poring down water on the planet. Quan Yin connected with the dew that arises on your planet every morning. We ask you to go out on the earth with your naked feet and to touch the dew. This is the orgasmic nature of the yin force. This is an extremely healing force and helpful for all beings. Find some places of nature on the earth and connect with the morning dew. Know that the presence of the compassion is within these waters and the essence of the yin, or Quan Yin.

We are Quan Yin. We speak to you about water. Water reflects. Water moves. Water surrenders. Water creates. You are mostly water in your element. You will understand more about water and your relationship to it. And through this relationship you will see in the physical form the great power of miraculous healing. We are Quan Yin. We bare the waters of compassion; we bring them to the planet. We have been closer to the planet in the last several years and our vibration continues to come closer. We hold the gateways and bridges. We bring you the garden.

Quan Yin's Garden is a term. It is a metaphor and it is a reality. Quan Yin's Garden is a place between the planes, between the levels and between the dimensions. Quan Yin's Garden is a place that can be brought into the 3rd dimension and it can change things. Quan Yin's Garden can be brought into the dental office, into your healing space, into your bedroom, into your kitchen, into your office, into your throat. Take your hand and it place it over the thymus area, breathe gently in, keeping the left palm open and send the soothing energy of Quan Yin into the thymus and out through the throat. We are Quan Yin. We are present with you this evening.

We are Quan Yin. We teach you to ask for the garden. Ask for the garden in your heart now. Ask to bring the garden into your world. And ask to bring the energy of the garden forth. It exists and you may go there and you may bring it here. We are Quan Yin.

We ask you to open your hearts to the grace of living in the garden, to the grace of being the garden, to the grace of healing in the garden. We are Quan Yin. We have come to you to speak to you of old channeling of information that was brought forth over 12 years ago through this channel and others on this planet. We had said at that time that acupuncture would be growing on your planet and especially in the west, and that acupuncture would become a symbol to many - that women acupuncturists would become the new symbol of the healer. So metaphorically you that are working in this place and this place that we exist in, has been resonating with the new metaphor for the healer. There are many healing modalities on this earth as you know, but acupuncture begins to take its place in the world in a new way. The energy vibration of Quan Yin and the Masters, the Eight Immortals and many more, exist with this vibrational field. You may walk with a greater consciousness of our presence by asking for us to be present with as you walk through this building. There is still suffering here, there is still ego here and there are still those who forget the flow of energy and concentrate on the dance of their form. We are Quan Yin. There will be great floods or flocks of people coming to this place and you will see an increase in it and even a new building coming in the next several years. We wish to speak to those of you who are here and work here about this vision that had come through many years ago. You have replaced the patriarchal vision of the technical healer. We ask you not to create separation in this, but to welcome all healers - male and female - and to welcome all types of healers that are open in the heart and to keep the heart open to the energy of healing together. Do you understand this request? Do not separate yourself from others, rather take your energy out and embrace all healers. It is time to knock away the doors of separation. As the cells in the body become more greatly unified, the cells of the individual souls become more greatly unified. Unification takes place on the planet and oneness becomes, unity becomes, the vibration in the source of all dignity of all life and all love. So there are those here that have been thinking of taking their practice out in the world in a new way, or their teachings in a new way, begin to teach others about acupuncture and begin to teach it in a way that you haven't thought before. These thoughts that are beginning to take place in your hearts, water them and nurture them. Ask for us to help you. We Quan Yin will speak with you and begin to bring new energy and new ideas in. Let this be a place of openness, let be a place of education - education to the wholeness and perfection of all. Do not rely too much on form, form that would make you rigid. Rather work with energy and work with hearts energy. Keep that in mind as you move through your dance and you do your teachings and you do your learning. We are Quan Yin and we bless you for this work that you do.

When a group comes, I generally send messages to you through the flowers. Tonight I wish to work with the water before the flowers, so we would ask some of you to kindly pass out the cups and we would ask all of you to stand. If you have your cup of water then you can hold it in front of you. You will need enough water in your cup to place your finger in and feel the water and stir it.

There is great healing power within everybody in this room. There is great innocence and inner sense, within the circle. There are some innocent hearts, so innocent souls and we wish you to bless yourself this evening for your innocence; we wish you to feel the strength of your vulnerability. Water is vulnerable. If you make a fist and you punch water, unless it is contracted and frozen, you pass right through it. Water is something that uplifts. Water is one of the few elements that every being on the earth has contact and communion with. Water is something that can change and transform. Do you not know this? When you come home tired on a day and you turn on your shower, do you not feel different? Who here still feels cranky after their shower?

We are Quan Yin. Water transforms. Water is something that you can still immerse in. There are not many left on this earth that immerse themselves in the earth and bury themselves and communion with the earth in that way. There are not many left that can fly any longer without the vehicles. There are not many left that can let the winds lift their arms and move through the planets. There are some still that practice this, but less and less. The element that reaches all is the element that you are most made up of, the element of water. You and water together can change the earth. You and water together can send out a resonance that calls to the oceans. Your brothers and sisters in the bodies of the dolphin and the whale are making a choice now and the choice may be to leave the planet in body. There is too much disruption within the sea at this time. That is the bad news if you choose to see it in that way and they are having difficulties being within the earth waters with all the effects of the sonar and violence that moves through and takes place in the realm of the element of the water. They are in the process of making that choice and will in that process they will ask you to help assist them in their choice. They will begin to beach and there will be more examples of that happening and it will open the tears of many on the planet and open the hearts. See this as how it serves and understand they know who they are in the process. They do not have the emotional bodies that you have. Yes they joy and they have light and they have unity consciousness, but they do not have the emotional bodies that you have that roll up and down. They do not have the mental body that gets clogged and unclear. Their mentality is more one with the Angelic realm. They are closer to the Angelic realm then they are to the human realm even though they are in flesh. Do you understand this? As weakly as it is put we hope that you can understand.

So they are making that choice. They have served to keep the waters clear, to help keep the immune system of the earth clear, to help keep all in living order. They understand now and do you a service, as they get ready to leave the planet. They understand that you are ready to do it yourself. You can be co-creators. You and water have a relationship and that relationship will begin to merge into the human consciousness in a vast way. You will see water gatherings. You will hear singing and praising. You will see folks understanding and blessing. You will see miracles around this element. Take your water now. Hold it in front of your heart chakra, holding it in your left hand. Hold your right hand out in front of you and turn it up to receive the energy. As you breathe, repeat,

"I am one with Heavens force and I draw the force of Heaven in through my arm into my heart."

"The force of Heaven is a healing force and I bring this healing force into this vehicle of water I hold."

Stir the water clockwise, creating a vortex. Feel the vortex moving through your left hand. Can you feel the energy? Breathe it into the body.

"Heavens force moves into the water and into the cells of water in this cup."

"I command Heaven's force to bring the healing energy into this water."

Bring the water above the third eye and continue to stir it, repeating to yourself that you are bringing healing energy into your consciousness and enlightenment into your vision. Then bring the water up to your crown.

"And so the heavens force comes into this water and so I am one with this water and so it is. I command this water to bring the healing energy that I need to heal my life, to align me physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually."

Slowly bring the water back down gently over your third eye, over your throat and over your heart. Thank the water and then take the water into your body. Let it speak to your cells and let Heaven's force become one with your cells.

Feel it moving into your body. Remember to do this everyday. As you are walking by the water cooler or fountain in the building, lay your hand on it and bless the water so that everyone who comes and partakes in the water will bring Heaven's force into his or her body. They may not know it, but you will know it and the more of you that know it and share it, the bigger it will become.

There is too much separation on this planet. We have tried to open the hearts in many ways and many of you have tried to open hearts, but the separation remains embedded deeply in the human system. We expected at this time, at this crucial point in history, that there would be less separation, but that has not happened. So we will come to unity through the water. It cannot come through religion, it cannot come through government, and it cannot come through races. It has to come through the bond of each human being and their connection with water. So indeed you begin to see the power of water in your life and in your world. Remember to bless it. Remember to go to those folks who are working with water. Read what you can, connect how you can and spread the word. We are Quan Yin.

We ask you to hold your hands open now. We ask you to tone together three times. While you tone, we send grace and blessings to you in the form of flowers. Open your heart and catch in your consciousness the flower that comes to you. Sometimes you will have more than one, sometimes you will have many - a bouquet, and sometimes you will have one that will have some importance. Bring it to you. When you feel it come into your consciousness, take it and place it in your heart with your hands. We are Quan Yin. We will ask you to tone three times from your heart.

Gladiolas, gladiolas, you are delighted with your gladiolas. We have sent them to you dear one.

Right palm down, left palm up, once again connect. It is not necessary to touch, allow the energies connect you.

Giving and receiving… one… many… tonight you are one… many together, creating one. Later you will feel separation again. This is an illusionary world. Duality is not something to shy away from. You will continue to see the duality. As the light gets lighter, the shadow must be more dramatic and there are dramas taking place on the planet. Do not focus on the dramas. Do not use your television systems and your radio systems to listen to dramatic, to the drama, to the pain. Do not use them to reflect to you. They can short-circuit your intentions to be one with the light and to be one as healing co-creators. Rather, use the tones and the sounds of water, of music, of the birds, of the winds and the trees. Listen to the messages that are spreading there. It is a message of joy, a message of hope, a message of life. Life does not move, it vibrates. Life does not move, it vibrates. Feel the vibration in your being. In a life that now moves as quickly as a certain element of reality on your planet does, a very yang centered, stressful life, you must consciously take the time to create a space for the vibration of the yin and a time for peace and blessing and unity. We are Quan Yin and we remind you to take the time for yourselves. You are one, out of many. You will be one alone at times as constrictions come, as fear comes up and as pain runs through your system. Call on Michael, call on Sonanda, call on the Masters, call on the Eloheim, call on myself, I will come and remind you that you are not alone. We are Quan Yin. We bless you. We speak to you. And we celebrate with you. Do not look at the shadow darkness's. They do not have substance. Your belief in them gives them substance. Look now toward the light. Look now to the return of the Bird Tribes. Look now, we are here, we are amongst you. We are in you. We are with you. We are Quan Yin.

The body will be changing and the different systems in the body will be shifting a lot. We remind you to give yourself some time alone with the body, to be with it and to love it. There are a number of you here that heal bodies, but do not love your own. This is something that saddens us, for you do not see the gift that you are. You must take some time to love the physical form at this time, to sure yourself up to receive the energies that will be coming. There will be great deal of opening as you move into the new year. Create some time in your time-space continuum to have space to be in the garden of Quan Yin and to bring it into your physical plane. We are Quan Yin. We bless you. We touch you with the light. We touch you with the waters of compassion. We touch you with our heart. Come to us and call on us when you need us. Nothing is too great or too small for compassion. We are Quan Yin.

To end the circle we will tone once, gently coming apart during that tone and bring the hands back to the heart.
