ICT believes that governments and people around the world need accurate information on current conditions in Tibet; that Tibetans are a "people" under international law and have the right to self-determination; that Tibet is an occupied country which has a distinct language, culture and religion; and, that dialogue between Tibetans and Chinese is integral towards finding a solution to the situation in Tibet.
