Quan Yin

The hand is one. The fingers are many. You are one and you are many. You exist in different bodies, in different genders, in different clothing, in different creeds, in different skin and in different belief systems. As souls you are one; unique and one; many and one. You come from the father, mother, creator; you come to express yourself in form on the earth at this time. You come to celebrate joy and the playfulness of your nature, to celebrate the creative force in the artistry of your nature, to celebrate the beauty and the unity. You are here. We are here. We are here with you this evening.

We thank you for your patience in waiting for this time. Many of the souls, albeit the major of the souls here have been embodied in form many, many times, waiting for this time. We have come together to be on the earth at this time. We are Quan Yin.

We are Quan Yin, holding the vibration of compassion and bringing passion and compassion, the passion of healing and the passion of living, the compassionate nature into this space. It resonates through you and into the building. It resonates through you and into this place of healing that needs the compassion, that needs to re-understand what healing is. We thank you for being here to open the circle this evening. We are Quan Yin and we start with a blessing.

We ask you to breathe and as you breathe we ask you to be aware of thymus area on the body, below the throat and above the heart and we ask you to breathe into this area. So point your chins to the sky, so that you stretch open the thymus and breathe into that space of the body. Breathing in and feeling the expansion in the thymus. If your body needs to cough, that is fine. It is simply moving energy. We are Quan Yin.

We come with blessings this evening. We come with blessings from the garden. We come with the blessing of life. We come to you on the sound of the rain. We come to you dancing. We come to you in the moisture of the waters and the solid mobility of the earth, the flexibility of the divine yin, the feminine. We are Quan Yin.

You are opening as a race. You are opening and you are changing. You are moving inside and you evolving into something different, something that can see through the myth of illusion, and something that can see beyond the form of the material plane and into the spirit of every living thing. We are Quan Yin. We bless you for your willingness, despite the pain and the illusions that you have been caught under, despite the fear and despite the tiredness. We are Quan Yin.

Breathe into your bodies now the light from the garden. The garden is a gift given to all beings who wish to share in it. It is a space in the 5th dimension that can be brought into the 4th and 3rd dimension by your will and by your asking and by your focus. Focus on the garden of Quan Yin and call on the compassionate nature of the divine mother in my name. You may use any aspect of the goddess that you are comfortable with, or you may call on me. Call on me times three and I will bring the soft compassionate nature to any situation that needs. Bring a little reminder space into your physical space and we will bless it as Quan Yin. We are Quan Yin and we are here with you this evening, with the garden. Draw the nurturing energy from the garden into your beings.

We ask you to tone three times as we pour down this energy for you. We will ask you to tone and during the toning draw into the deep recesses of your physical form and your spiritual form the resonant compassionate nature of Quan Yin's garden.

Hold the palms open to receive. The purpose of bringing a group together of this sort on the planet at this time is to anchor the one heart consciousness, the unity consciousness in the human being. The human being is in a state of evolvement. The human race is in a state of mass consciousness. It's sub-conscious level is reaching a critical mass which creates an opening, which creates a movement, which creates an enlightenment, which an opportunity for growth, not only in the spiritual planes, but in the physical, mental and emotional as well. Your planet is moving from a frequency of fear to a frequency of love. There are many of you present who know this and understand it in many parts of your being, in some parts of your being. We are here this evening to focus on the parts that do not believe, that are tired, and that are in despair. We are here this evening to you clear from your being any frequencies which resonate from the old patriarchal vibration of enslavement, from the old patriarchal vibration of power; power in the sense of being above someone else, or having someone else below. This is an old creation out of a distortion. True love does not operate in this way. True love never bonds, never binds and never overcomes. True power does not operate in this way either. What you have seen on your planet on your planet has been a distortion of that, not a reality. As we move into accepting the real people, becoming the real people on this planet, as we move into that space, that resonance, we will call more hearts to open and stand true in the light. We will call more hearts to open to compassion, not only for one another, but also for the self. We ask you with the hands open and the hearts open at this time to look at yourself now. To look yourself and see where you are impatient with the self, unkind with the self, unforgiving of the self, to see where you push the self, where you criticize the self and to see where you could use move love for yourself. And now we ask you to repeat quietly within your heart and through your words and your vocal cords these phrases…

"I am now willing to love and accept myself more fully."

"I (your name) am willing to be kinder and more compassionate with the self on a daily basis and I begin this now. And so it is."

Greater patience and compassion with the self, greater love and acceptance of the self will begin to spread out into the world. There is not enough of any one of you individually to save this world and in fact this world is in the process of saving itself - it does not need you to save it. You are here to be the archetype, the blueprint, of the new being, one who can save the self. We have come now to save our own souls. As we move into the gateway of the new age, as we move toward the year 2012, as we move into the next eight year cycle, we are moving into a tremendous cycle that will move very rapidly on this planet. Time will seem to speed up - time will seem to warp. This is a good thing, as time warps, do not let the speed roll you over, rather see yourself stepping out of the time. As you step out of the time and into the wholeness of the real people, the original people, the tribe that you are all come from, the wholeness - those who understand the nature of love, those who understand the nature of growing and of unity, those who understand that all is a system and that you are part of that system - just as the fingers are part of the hand and the toes are part of the body, you are part of the greater body of the beloved ones, of the spirit of the creator. As you begin to accept the creator in the center of yourself you will understand the unity and you will understand the power that you have together to initiate the changes that this world so needs. By taking care of the self, you indeed join the earth in her process of self-healing and you mirror her self-healing as you begin to heal in yourself. You will see evidence of this healing begin to take place as the earth itself moves through greater earth changes - and indeed there will more changes on the earth through the water, through the weather and through the core of the earth itself. These do not need to alarm you, see them rather as the earth in the process of healing herself and know that your bodies are going through the same process. Begin to become one with your bodies, with your spirits and with your souls by breathing. You ask you again to breathe in the bodies. We are Quan Yin. We will stay present this evening. We are Quan Yin and we will remain in the circle as we pass on to another that wishes to speak.

We invite you to stand if that is comfortable for your body, if you cannot stand that is fine. We invite you to stand this evening in the presence of the Eloheim. We invite you to chant with us to call in our presence on a deeper level - to call in our presence more fully into your being.

The Angelic Forces

The Angelic Force is present and is present with many of you. We are here this evening. We come forth to speak to you. We come forth to speak to you. We come forth to bring the light to you and to your city. We ask you to begin to breathe now in the body for yourself.

Michael

We are Michael. We enter this evening into this circle of light that you have called. We are Michael bringing forth the sword of truth. We are Michael standing forth this evening in this area. We speak to you about the physical area in which you live. We speak to you about your bodies. You are under a peculiar amount of stress because of the area where you live. There is a fault line, or a stress line, that runs down almost through the center of this city, so the vibratory force comes up from that center and resonates through as a worry. There is a great deal of the vibration of worry. We ask you to breathe on a daily basis and to send the breath out into the city, imagining that you are stroking the worries and closer the worries off. We ask you to get together in groups - small, large - two, three, in the name of Michael, the Archangel, the Angel of light, the Angel of truth. We ask you to bring the energy of the Archangel Michael within you and without you whenever you can. We ask you to come together into small groups and we ask you to tone. We ask you to tone with the vibration of Michael. However you acknowledge it, however you choose to acknowledge it to the others, you bring together groups of people and you sing and you tone to bring the truth forth. This is a great gift that all of you can bring forth in your centers and your communities. We do not need to sew separation. We do not need to introduce new ways. We can simply bring forth the truth in any way that we wish. Human beings all understand the need for truth inside their being somewhere and you can be a light of the truth, by knowing that the truth is that we are all one, no matter what distortions are being carried in the human form in a particular being or particular group of beings, beneath those distortions, they too are one and united in the idea of love. So move away from the distorted ones, move yourselves towards groups of those that are holding the light and learning to be the new tribe, the true being, the true human, the original self. Move towards those original beings in your life. Those who are around you that are still resonating under fear, simply smile on them and let them be. Do not try to confront them or change them, rather work with changing yourself in any given moment. We are Michael.

We ask you to trust that the truth is on the way to the planet, the truth is here and the truth will set you free. The truth is that the healing has begun on the planet, the earth is moving toward her golden age, the age that was promised. What you choose in any given moment of your day brings you closer to your golden age, to your vibration, to your new world. The worlds are being to cleave apart; the vibratory worlds are beginning to separate. People will begin to unify. Male, female will cease fighting among the selves. Creeds and belief systems and races will cease fighting among the selves. The cleaving that you will see will be that those who believe in the truth will stand together shoulder to shoulder and the cleaving will be against those who believe in fear. Changes will come.

The system on your planet of the earth, and the ecological system, begins to resonate the truth and leads human beings toward liberation. Before that liberation takes place, there will be healing situations. You will see shortage of water and droughts, you will see poisoning in the water and water will begin to reflect what is going on in the earth to all beings. The planet was meant to be open by this time in the original cause, but the difference that people still hold on to deep within the emotional bodies and their fear based physical system, the difference between gender, the difference between race, the difference between belief system and creed has been hard to break through. The Angelic Force has had difficulty sending the energy and vibration of peace to those deeply embedded in fear. We do not blame these. We do not condemn these. We ask you to see with compassion that many brothers and sisters on the planet are too frightened to open. So therefore the great equalizer will come through the physical planet itself.

It will come through - not religions, not ideologies, not governments - it will rather come through the earth herself. She has come to do healing. The bodies of water of that surround your earth connect to the body around you that you know as your healing body or your immune system. The waters of the earth are the immune system of the earth and they are not un-poisoned at this point in time physically. The lack of fresh water on your planet is alarming to those who begin to realize it. The lack of water period on the planet is extremely alarming, as many of those existing in Africa, in South America and in many areas of the earth will begin to experience a complete lack of water. It is up to us to bring the water together for all beings. By conserving the water that we so injudiciously see being used here in this part of the world has so much plenty. So begin to bless and conserve your water.

Begin to bless the water inside your being. You are made of over 90% of water. Your cellular system is water. So you can speak to the cellular system and begin to flow and connect with others through the waters of the earth. The water is a great reflector. It will reflect back to you. It is akin to the moon and subject to the tides of the moon or the pulls of the feminine. Particularly at times of the full moon, it is very empowering for any human being, to go to a body of water, to immerse in it, to stand looking over it, to put to the feet in it, to put the hands in it and begin to speak to that water and let the water speak to your cells. Human beings cannot hear the whispering of the angels or the voices of their own hearts speaking to them on a mass level yet, so the water speaks to the angels, the water speaks to the dryads, to the nymphs, the water speaks to all living things.

Water is the one element that you are able to still connect with physically. Most human beings do not connect with the physical earth or the elements of the physical earth in any way. They do not have fire in their lives, except small candles and occasional fireplaces. They do not have wind that they use, unless they are consciously breathing or studying the aspects of wind through flight or other ways that it can be study. They do not have access to the earth - they live in concrete and walk on concrete. But every human being has access to the element of water. Every human being connects to it by taking it in to the body for refreshment, by pouring it all over the body for transformation and cleansing. The water will begin to bring the message of transformation.

Come together in groups and bless the water, bless the bodies of water, bless the rivers, bless the puddles, bless the rain, bless the water from your tap. As you begin to bless it, it will give back to you and you will see miracles through water. Each and every spiritual practice on the planet there is the use of water for renewal, for baptism, for rebirth. It is always been understood that this element holds a great deal of the spiritual within it and you indeed are made up greatly of this element as well as the others of the earth. So begin to connect with the water in a blessed way as you take your showers, as you drink your waters, as you move through your days, as you bless the rain, and it will give back to you ten fold. We are Michael.

We bring a gift to this circle this evening and we bring a gift to this building this evening and this hospital - this place of healing - that has confusion within its hierarchy, confusion with in its bureaucracy - and yet it still strives to have heart. There is much heart here, not only in those who have come to work here, but also in some of those who compose the board of directors of this building. So as we are here bringing the sword of light and giving it to you, we will also give it to any in this building who will feel it in their hearts at this time and receive it. We ask you to stand with the palms open (you may sit straight if that's more comfortable). Keep the body straight, aligning the chakras, eight, from the tip of the crown above the head, to the crown itself, to the third eye, to the throat, to the heart, to the solar-plexus, to the belly and to the root. Loosen your knees and open the palms to receive. Hold them up around the level of the throat area. We are Michael. We bring the gift of the sword of truth. If you wish the sword, it will be placed within you, within your hands this evening. Depending on who you are, it will come in to the heart through the crown, it will come in to the heart through the chest, and it will be laid across the hands. You may bring the sword of light and the sword of truth in. If you have participated in this initiation before, you may participate to strengthen it. We are Michael. Prepare to receive of light, the sword of truth. A sword to cut away that, which does not heal. A sword to cut away that, which does not reveal. A word to cut away that which holds humanity back - humans singularly and humans in group consciousness from the truth of the light and the truth of unity in all living things. We are Michael. We will ask you to tone seven - you may count it out within your own soul. As you are toning you will chant inside…

As was said by Quan Yin earlier, to call a deity to you, you must call times three.

Michael, Michael, Michael. Michael, Michael, Michael. Michael, Michael, Michael burning bright, bring your sword, your sword of light. Bring it in to this dark night.

We use the rhyme for the rhythm of vibration. Do not be afraid to rhyme. If you begin to call on us and rhyming comes in your way that means that you are connecting with the vibration. The rhyming brings in a vibration in your body that helps you connect to the soul in the light. Call on me burning bright, to take the sword, the sword of light, to burnish away the night. Whether the night is confusion in a personal problem, or whether it is in a larger problem - for instance in the areas of the earth where there is shadow now. Do not be alarmed at the shadows that are building in the Middle East and other areas of the earth, rather focus on the areas of light.

You live in a dual reality, in a dual world. The third dimension is not ready yet to give up her duality, so as you focus on becoming lighter and the mass of light grows on the planet, the mass of shadow will also grow. If you are an artist or a photographer, you know that the shadows become more dramatic in the face of light and the light is growing so the dark will seem to grow as well. It is not the dark that is growing it is rather the shadow that is showing. The shadow that has always been present and perhaps hidden under denial, hidden until the time it needed to come up and meet the light and shatter finally to open to unity on the planet.

We are Michael. We promise that this unity will come. Trust in that and find the unity within yourselves. Do not look to the outer world to support you - the outer world will look chaotic. When new life form when force comes in, chaos does ensue. Remember that in beginning there was chaos and that chaos was brought together into the focus of light. By breathing, by meditating, by contemplating, by coming together in love with one another and chanting and holding that space of unity and light, you begin to create pockets of strength and pockets of light. This is all you have to do. Create it yourself and it will draw unto others of like-heartedness, of like frequency vibration. Do not worry about those without, that you cannot change. Focus on being compassionate with the self and make the changes there. This will open you to the light that you so desire to see on your planet and in your lives. We are Michael.

We have made a promise this evening to be here with you when you call, and so indeed we will. You must have spaces of silence to hear us, so you must give yourselves the time, on the earth if possible, if not, choose the element of the earth to sit with - if you are living in a high-rise apartment building sit in your bathtub, or sit in front of a room filled with candles. Find a way to be with earth elements - with rocks, with stones, with plants, with water - this will help you find the quiet time to hear the voices of the angels.

In no other time in the history of the planer earth, except in the beginning when all was being created, was there ever so much creative force, was there ever so much input from the higher realms. The Angelic Force is like you and unlike. We are like you in that we are brothers and sisters to you; we are sons and daughters of the father/mother creator as you are as well. We are brothers and sisters with you in the light. We are different in that we have never incarnated in physical form as you have, so we do not bare the burden or the stain of what some of you have called the original sin - the shadow of duality. Do not see that as something to be ashamed of. See it rather as a badge of courage. It takes great courage to incarnate into the material form, and live illusions. And you have lived illusions in this lifetime and many that have come before. Illusions that you were less than, illusions that you didn't know as much, illusions that you were poorer than, illusions that you had to do it all by yourself, illusions that because you something someone else did that you were responsible for them, many illusions, yes?

It is time to shed these illusions - at least in this circle for now. Each time you shed them you will become stronger in remembering who you are and in your ability to be the light and be one with the light. We are Michael.We will step aside this evening after a few further words, so that you may have a water blessing together with the Lady Quan Yin.

The words that we wish to speak are that of the stress that comes into this area of the earth. It was spoken before that there is a lei line that runs the center and that lei line carries a stress vibration. Much of the stress comes from the projection on and the power struggle that goes on in the space called Washington, D.C. In that particular space at this time there are great struggles going on between old bastions of power. Between the patriarchy and the new energy that comes in. Do not allow yourself to be caught up in that stress of that struggle that is happening, rather find the space to hold your light and send the ripples of light back into that space. See them as blessed, do not focus on what is being done that is "wrong," what is being done that should not be done, what is not being that should be done. At this point in time, that does not help. Rather do what you are called to do within your heart and move on that. Worrying is a energy that we would ask you to manage your mind from, your emotions from, to discipline yourself from. Worrying does nothing to help at this point in time. When you begin to worry or feel anxiety about situation, breathe into the body, call on Michael to bring the sword in. The sword can protect you. The sword can illuminate you. The sword can cut away that which does not grow corn - that which does not grow light or grace in your life. We are Michael, we speak to you brothers and sisters of the light.

We are Michael. We remain with you and in this hospital. Any of you that pass through the portals may call the name of Michael three times and our energy will be able to resonate through again. There are others, besides you in the circle, which have picked up on the sword this evening, actually quite a few others. Know that in your heart, acknowledge yourself for creating the circle to bring our energy through and know that you are not alone in your willingness to be in the light of truth. We are Michael. In those that you least expect at times, burn the light and the fire of the creator. Each human being, each life form, holds the ability of the god/goddess, do not short change any even though their actions or behaviors may not look the way you would think a god/goddess would look in the earth form.

We are Michael. The Angelic Force is with you. We pass now.

We are Quan Yin. We ask that each of you now get a cup of water.

We are Quan Yin. We are connecting this evening with the garden and we are connecting you to the garden. The garden is a multi-dimensional space that is available for all. We are Quan Yin.

- Hold the cup in one hand, in front of your heart. With your other hand, point your index and middle finger up and begin to circle them in a clockwise motion. As you do this, begin to connect with Heavens Force.

"I use these two fingers to draw the force of Heaven, the life force, the healing force, into this arm, into these fingers. I command this to be and so it is. I command this to be by the divine right that I have as a child of god/goddess."

- Place fingers in the water and begin to stir in a clockwise motion, creating a vortex.

"I bring the power of the heavens into this water, through my fingers and the sword of truth and the sword of light. I bring the power of healing to these waters and the power of peace and the power of unity."

"As I stir these waters, I connect with the cells of the water and I imbue the cells of the water with the life healing, love force of the universe."

- Hold the water in two hands and in front of the heart chakra.

"I love and accept myself exactly as I am."

"I command that the love and light and the healing force of these waters, connect with the waters of the cells within me to bring me the peace, the love, the harmony and the healing that I need."

- Ask for whatever it is that you might need, and then drink the water.

Lord Sonanda

Sisters, brothers, souls of the light, we come to speak to you. We ask you to focus on the color pink, the vibration of the pink ray - a golden-pink that fills the air. Breathe it in to the body and around the auras. Bring it around you in the form of a capsule of pink light, with a golden vibration in it. We are Lord Sonanda, we speak this evening.

We are Lord Sonanda, soul vibration of the one that has existed in many forms. We have existed as Adam, we have existed as Jesus, we have existed in at least 30 incarnations on this earth and we are here now watching the children of the earth accept their selves as the light and beings of the light. We speak to you as a brother. We come to you in harmony. We come to you to encourage you and to love you. We come to you to say that the way of this age is the way of accepting yourself as the messenger, accepting yourself as the savior, accepting yourself as the savior of yourself. Cast off the burdens of others and hold yourself in the light. As you begin to love yourself more fully you cannot help but be more loving to others - more loving in thoughts, more loving in your actions. This is the way of love. It covers a multitude of problems, it releases sin and opens folks and beings and all living beings and the earth and on the earth to the grace - to the grace of spirit - and the grace runs through.

We are Lord Sonanda. We speak to you because many of you have called on us and prayed to us. We speak to you and let you know that we do answer you in your heart. We ask you to listen to your heart more and to trust in your heart, this will open you to greater peace and knowing what you must do to bring happiness into your life. Focus on yourself and the healing will take place for others. It is a new teaching. A teaching that is different from what many of you have been taught. It is not selfishness; it is an understanding that the soul is connected to all. When you understand how you are connected to all and you love yourself, you cannot help but love others. Do you understand this?

We are Sonanda. We open to you. We ask you to often raise your voice in song, for the song that is within you begins to be heard by others. The song that is within you can open the ears and the heats of many of you on the planet. Singing needs to take place more fully in this city, in this building. As you have the opportunity to do singing in the hallways and singing in groups fro those that are healing, you will do greater healing then the technology can. We do not in any way mean to criticize technology. Technology has come as far as it can come without heart, so it must bond together with intuition and heart now to be fulfilled in the way it can be fulfilling. So we ask you to bring greater heart into any aspect of life that you can and many hear have voices that are tremendous. Bring those voices and songs forth - it will open your throats, your heart and it will open the hearts and eyes and ears of others. They are more willing to hear now then ever before. If you have been hurt before or criticized before, forgive those who have done so, either in a real or imagined way. Forgive them now. We give you this picture.

The energy of lavender is a tremendous healing energy. To visualize those who need your forgiveness surrounded in the light of lavender, will create a healing. Visual them surrounded in that light and forgive them for what they have done. As you do this you will release yourself and begin to sing and open more fully the song of the soul, the song of spirit. We are Lord Sonanda. We wish to speak to you this evening and we wish to bless you.

We ask your circle come together now with five tones. In the process of those tones, let the energy resonate through you that you have built in the circle. Let it resonate in your body. You will need to take care of your body this evening. You will need more water then you will ordinarily drink because the charge that comes with a blessing is an electrical charge and your bodies have an electromagnetic charge. We will ask you to be grounded and to be careful of grounding the body and we will ask you all to increase your doses of green. Whether you take your green in the form of chlorophyll or wheat grass or just simple greens, we would ask you tomorrow to make sure that you have a larger dose of it - it helps balance out the electromagnetic charges. In fact it is good for your diet because the technological machines, and the radiation, gives off electromagnetic charges, but not necessarily blessings, you see?

Your bodies will still need to combat that radioactive energy with greater contact of greens. Those of you who tend to eat fast foods when you are in a rush are not getting enough life force food. So greens in the form of chlorophyll added to your water, or greens in the form of spiralena or sea greens, green drinks - there are plenty, wheat grass - plenty of it on the planet. Please try to take it in, at least for tomorrow to hold the electromagnetic energy of this blessing.

We will ask you to tone now using the tone for healing and for remembrance of the sword of light, the gift of the garden and the blessings that have been received this evening and to implant them in the cells of your water that are still resonating from the blessing of the waters that you have blessed with your own energy and your own god/goddess-ness - your creative force.
