On Tuesday I had an appointment with my acupuncturist. She is great and she is far away from me in North Adams Mass.
So originally my appointment was on Monday but it snowed here and the roads were a mess, (coyote) so being loyal to myself, ( dog) I switched my Monday appointment to Tuesday and re-scheduled my Tuesday clients to Monday. Tuesday I Was prepared for the weather and allowed my self two hours to get there....but coyote came a trotting into my day,early...my car was in a iced over frozen lump,(Coyote) now how was coyote the support?...I could feel my agitated energy rising!!!Breathe and ( coyote) let go and laugh....I really was not in a laughing mood...while tugging the back hatch of the car open I hit myself in the
head ( coyote) then as I pulled back from that the quan yin disc on my key chain hit me in the eye...Mean time I am slipping on the ice...coyote's paws were all over that one!
Finally I was in the car on my way...with only 1 hour and 15 minuets left to my time allowance...gee wiz! Coyote!
I could feel the humor, the peaceful self and the self that wanted to rant and whine...I used dog energy ( being loyal to my self and truth) not to get into ranting and whining and just listened to my meditation cd's, all of a sudden I looked up and saw the funniest snow man, he was wearing a purple knit hat and had the biggest snow ears..I started laughing ( coyote) and said to myself "that is the funniest snow man I haver ever seen" My mood was totally elevated by that funny image. I had built on the ( dog loyal to self and path) by not allowing the negative energy to take over and supported by coyote's antics supported my choice to stay centered with HUMOR :) anyway about 2 minuets after seeing the funniest snow man of my life(Coyote): I saw another one. On the other side of the street, a little farther down the road, he was wearing an orange traffic cone for a hat!
By the time I arrived at my doctor's office I found that I was only 15 minuets late ( time warp) and was in a very open happy mood for a great healing session
