Archangel Michael

We are Michael. We speak first this evening. The angelic force is here and present. It is not only in this area of the earth, but in the circle. We are Michael. We speak to you this evening. We have come to send the blessings. We have come to reflect to you our energies as your voices joined together have magnified ours and brought them forth… We are Michael. We speak from the angelic force. We are Michael. We ask you to tone now into the chant 7 times elohim, simply so you can feel the presence that you have called resonate in your own being as you speak to the elohim and build in your circle the ability to magnitize the angelic force to the individual bright hearts that you are. We are Michael.

Bright ones, blessed ones – we see your light shining through the mist. We ask you to honor yourselves in this moment of silence as we honor you. O bright beings, children of the light, sons and daughters of the One who are willing to be yourselves, who are willing to shine your light, who are willing to step into that space of wholeness and unity – we honor you. You may feel the tingling in the resonance in the body as your frequency matches to that of the angelic force. We feel your vibration as you feel ours. Allow your body to hold that frequency of the angelic force and understand your connection with it is within you, understand the angelic force within your being and understand that you are a son or a daughter of spirit, of god/goddess.

We are Michael. This is true. We speak of you. And now we bring the weapon of light. Feel the sword of truth coming into the center of your crown. Those of you who seek the truth, we say this to you: You will find the truth. Allow the sword of Michael to come into your being. If you wish it, then say so now. Accept the sword of light and it will come to you into your heart and into your chakras. Michael, Michael burning bright – I accept this sword of light. You may mentally repeat it or repeat it in word if your wish. There is great power in the spoken word and as you speak it together seeking the truth, you find great light and vibrations of truth.

We are Michael and the truth is this – that you are the light, and in your world, the memory and the remembrance that you are the light is what becomes the light of the world. We are Michael. We bless you. Allow yourselves to breathe deeply, bringing the angelic blessing into your being. We are Michael. We are with you. We remain. We are with you this evening.

You have come in the light, in the circle, to magnify the circle that comes from the center of this river you call the Hudson. This valley you are currently living in has agreed to hold the light as you have agreed to come here and hold the light. Together you create a vortex and getting used to the frequency of that vortex sometimes takes time. As you breathe in the circle of light with your brothers and sisters, some known deeply for many eons, some just remeeting again, holding the law of one and the law of unity within, you come to share that awareness. We speak as Michael, present with you this evening. The truth is present. You are the light and the truth and the truth is the way. Breathe in the truth of knowing that you are the light. We are Michael.

Quan Yin

Greeting, dear ones. We come to speak this evening. We are Quan Yin. Coming in, bringing the vibration of compassion to those compassionate sensitives in the circle this evening. Open your hearts to feel the blessing of the divine feminine this evening. Open your hearts to feel the compassion. Compassion centers exist within your body. Towards the right side of your body near the shoulder, that is compassion for others. Towards the left, that is compassion for self. Simply take your palms simply holding them open to receive from the divine feminine, to receive the waters of healing and the waters of blessing, and to receive as we always give the flowers, the essences or the vibrations that come to you.

We are QY. We pour down upon you this evening, we rain down upon you flowers from the garden. There is a great mystery and great message in flowers. You begin to learn from their essences and their fragrance how they can heal and from their visual nature and the nature of their beauty, their unfolding in the sun, their unfoldment into the light. As you breathe this evening, allow your chin to point up to the ceiling, the 3rd eye opening to receive the vision or the visuals of the flowers we will send towards you. Beginning to breathe, we will ask you to tone. During the tone of 3x, you will receive what is sent to you. Some of you will see it. Some of you will sense it. Some of you will get the thought of the flower. Take that in and breathe it within you and learn from that flower for it has come as a blessing. It has come as a healing and it has come as a teacher. By working with the essence of that flower and finding out the properties of it, you can learn much about yourself and much about the support that you need to walk in the devine beauty as the flowers do when they stand on the earth, honoring the earth, honoring spirit and honoring themselves. We are QY. Openning to the alignment of truth and of beauty, of wholeness and of love. Pointing your chin towards the ceiling, allow your 3rd eye to receive, toning 3x now, we are QY.

The flower has much to teach. It teaches you in your heart. It teaches you in essence. It teaches you the law of beauty, the law of truth and the law of love. The flower in it’s delicate vulnerability is long remembered after the earth is frozen over, the tree is withered and the bush is withered and the stem is withered. The essence of that flower remains and the beauty that it gave and the essence that was drawn into the body in the scent it exudes. The flower stays with you and it promises you a new beginning, a new unfoldment. And each spring, the seed that the flower casts forth shoots out the energy and begins again, renewing itself, imprinting itself and expressing itself unfolding. You unfold as does the flowers. There are cycles on the earth and in the heavens. There are cycles in the universe and in your life. Those cycles when you move through them with fluid grace gently take you into each experience without the pain of contraction or separation.

Often when the light has gone away, those on earth have suffered the loss of light. In the beginning, when the veils were dropped over the earthling and the spirits within the earthbody, the human being - the earth being – had to exist without the knowledge of the unity, of the connectiveness. And so you have grown and we applaud you for this. And so you have grown into a race that is ready to receive, that is ready to move into the time of great unfoldment and remembrance of unity , and at the verge of that grand openning, at the verge of that embracing of the light, at the verge of that embracing the self as spirit, as god/goddess within. You see in the dual world the great resistance to it. You see the pain and the struggle. It still exists. Side by side, miracles will happen or disasters. You have the power of choice. You who are in dual bodies, living in a dual world, are not of duality in your true nature. Breathe the true nature into your being. Accept that you are the light and that truth is the way and that the truth you must acknowledge is that you are your own light and that light will guide you on your path, on your way. Make some time to sit each day with that light, to find that light and remind yourself of that light. Find the clear diamond light within, the clarity, let it resonate through your being. Let the tones of your voice as you open to the universal sound of god/goddess resound. Let that tone resonate through your center and find the god/goddess within.

We are here to speak to you of the compassionate nature that washes through your own being and washes the suffering from the face of the earth. By accepting the suffering and seeing it with eyes of kindness and compassion, you can begin to turn it, to change it in the moment, not by turning away from it and hiding from it, not by creating a false sense of happiness or a frenetic need to play or move into addictions that keep you from feeling or moving into a truth of the pain that’s in duality, but by accepting the truth of going into the body, feeling all the feelings that have been denied and openning the doorway of transformation. You transform in the moment. The truth is – and we give this to you – a truth that has been sought by those seeking to be powerful and to overpower others – how to transform certain things. And they have transformed by using muscle, by using weapons, by bending electromagnectic energy, by changing the atom, by creating bombs and creating things of destruction. And yet that has no power next to the power of love and the power of unity. That is not true power. That is the power of fear, of closing to love, of distortion, and while it does have a vibratory level of power in this density, the third density that you exist, it does not have any power in the higher densities. You who are choosing to open to the consciousness of the higher frequencies or densities begin to hold that frequency in the earth, begin to connect it together creating huge vortexes or spaces on the earth that match with those vortexes and spaces in the earth as she is choosing to move into wholeness, as she is choosing to throw off the vibrations of struggle and pain. And so indeed, whether you acknowledge it or not, whether you know it or not, the earth does change and the beings upon her do change. Your vibratory nature is changing as your frequency changes.

We are QY, embodiment of compassion on the earth, bringing seeds of compassion to all beings who would accept it in the heart. If you would accept more compassion in your life for yourself and for that human nature that sometimess still struggles between the polarity of light and dark, between the polarity of fear and love, between the polarity of courage and cowardice, between the polarity of awareness and density or dimness, between the polarity of wholeness or patience and impatience, between the polarity of pain and joy. We are QY. Open up the palms and bring in more compassion for yourself. Repeat this: I am what I am and I am compassionate towards my human nature. I am what I am and I am compassionate towards my self.

What a great challenge it was for the human being to learn to grow to this point in their psyche. Spirits have come down and integrated within the human form, braided together as a soul braid, walked in as another energy, to help the human race pass through this transition that it is in the process of transcending. We are QY. We speak to you of this. This is our truth. This is the truth of the light and the way. Compassion for the self begins to open a doorway for compassionate acceptance of all on the planet. We are QY. Take a moment to be with yourself, forgiving the self for hurts real or imagined that you have extended towards others, consciously and unconsciously. And now forgive those in your life who have extended hurt towards yourself, consciously or unconsciously. See them and as you go in the circle you may repeat names of those you will to forgive if you wish. We will take some time for that…

Forgiveness is the doorway to compassion. Forgiveness, the openning of the heart, the openning of the heart’s wisdom. Forgiveness, the road to freedom, the freedom to give and receive love. Forgiveness, the window into the world of unity consciousness, the window into the love and light and the vibration of wholeness. We are QY. One – Many. Many – One. Feel your wholness in yourself and feel your wholeness in your connection. We are QY. We remain with you in the light of compassion.

Lord Sonanda

We are Sonanda, coming to speak this evening. Open your palms to receive the light. You know our soul vibration as one who walked the earth as Adam, one of the Adams, and one who walked the earth as Jesus the Christ, as one who walked the earth as Melchisidak. You know us in different incarnations. You know us as the master of the last age, the Picean age. You know us as the one known as Jesus the Christ, the annointed one, the Christos. You know us in many forms, the suffering saviour, the martyr for the sins of others. You know us in your essence and in your heart as your brother. You know us as yourself. We are Sonanda, Lord Sonanda. We speak to you, Lord of the Golden Ray. Lord of the essence of light and unconditional love. We are Sonanda standing shoulder to shoulder with the ascended masters, with St. Germaine. We are Sonanda, being with you tonight, bringing in the golden ray. Allowing yourselves to receive the christ consciousness as you well in your consciousness, as you will in your consciousness.

We are Lord Sonanda, speaking to you of the trinity - the mother, the father and the spirit. We are Sonanda, speaking to you. Feel the yin and the yang coming together and coming together and connecting in the spirit of unity and one. See the base of this triangle being held as man and women, the apex being the unification of both in spirit. We are Sonanda. We speak this to you. We came in the beginning of the picean age over 2000 years ago. We came to the doorway of that age. We came at that time to teach. We came at that time to remind. We came at that time to open the door with forgiveness. We came to teach about forgiveness. Loving thy brother and sister as thyself as thy brother and sister. We are Sonanda. We came to teach forgiveness – forgiveness of self and foregiveness of others. Forgiveness of others, so that the doorway of compassion could be openned by the key of forgiveness.

We are Sonanda. We speak of this. We did not come to reform you. We did not come to be the saviour. We came to show you that the way to understanding the light in yourself, the way to understanding the son and daughter of the father, to understanding yourself as spirit, you must learn forgiveness. You must forgive those others, as I did. The stories are distorted – who I was. I did not come to bear all your burdens and take them away. I came to show you how to release yourself from burdens. I came to show you the way. The light and the truth – that is the way – and the truth is, that you are sons and daughters of the light. You are the light. I am your brother and stand with you in this space in the 5th dimension as you stand in your space in the 3rd dimension. Call on me as you will to learn to forgive those who have misled you, to forgive yourself for sitting in ignorance as you lived under the veils of unconsciousness, under the veils in the density that surrounded the planet. The choice and the freedom of choice has always been there. Choose love as your way and you will see the freedom that you crave. Choose love as the way and you will see healing on the planet earth. Choose love in every moment in every way. Choose love in every moment of every day. Choose love in each small thought, in each small deed. Choose love and you will be free. We are Sonanda and we speak this to you. This is our truth. You live in a dual world and you have a choice every day. Forget the duality in the sense of having to choose between it and rather simply choose love. You see the difference of that? When you choose love in every moment and you truly make that commitment to choose to love and be loving, your world will change. Love its way. It heals. It opens.

We are Sonanda. You are one with us and we are one with you. We have come to honor you and to acknowledge you as our sister and as our brother. We have come to stand with you in this circle this evening and to stand in wholeness and in unity. We have come to remember together. You have called us and we have come - your tones, your vibrations, your heart and your light. We are Sonanda. We stand here extending the light of love, annointing the crown and openning the root.

We are Sonanda. We bring the energy of trinity. We bring the energy of triune. We bring the energy of the three – the three times three times three times three. We are Sonanda. Ask for me by repeating my name three times and I will come. Ask for my brothers and sisters, the ascended masters that exist with me three times and they come. Ask for those who give service from the angelic realm three times and they will come. The power of three is the power of unity. The power of three is the light of spirit and the yin and the yang – the light of spirit and the male and the female. The power of three lies within you, taking you from the power of duality – the power of two – into the world of wholeness – the power of three. The trinity was given in my age and now you begin to understand it in this age. You begin to understand the energy of the triune, the energy of the trinity. Breathe that into your being now.

Taking your thumb and your pointer fingers and form them into a triangle. Let the fingers point up to the light. Place the triangle over your heart chakra, pointing your fingers up to the will or the throat. Then in your heart make a commitment to connect your heart and your expression to your vision and your crown. Make a commitment to express your heart in the world from the higher place. There is no greater love than the love each one of you has in your heart. And now holding the triangle in that position, tone three times from the heart, focusing the power of the heart into the center of the circle and seeing it create a braid or a column of light moving up and over this building, moving up and over this area. We are Sonanda. Three times now.

Move the triangle now and bring it to your throat where your expression lives and your will lives. Put the point under the top of the throat where it meets the chin area and the base across the base of the throat resting on the collarbones. In this moment, make a commitment to speak only loving words and to express love in your world from your heart. There is no greater love than the love in your heart. No better way to express your truth than to express it from the heart and the wisdom of the heart. We are Sonanda. And again, we will have the three times three times three. Toning three times from the throat aligning your will with your vision, and your heart and your mind and your will to become one. We are Sonanda, lord of light.

Before we finish the final third, if you have water, take water into your body. The energy is extremely electrical. When there is a downloading of frequencies or a merging of frequencies - the frequency of your physical body and the frequency of the higher planes – when these two come together and merge – create an electromagnetic energy that affects the cellular system. This can bring awareness and healing into your structure. This can begin to open the blueprints and the memories. This can begin to braid the DNA patterns within the body and create a greater circuitry. However, the carbon based structure is still mostly made of water and you will need water to assist in the transformation. So we ask those of you who have water to share it with others and take the water. Also after the end of the session this evening, please do take in a large amount of water into the body to help absorb the energy vibration on a cellular level as well as deeply into the organs and into the pattern of the earth.

We are Sonanda. We speak now. Recreating your triangle…Bring it up to your third eye. Decide now as you peer through the trinity that you will choose to see the spirit in all beings, even those beings who are choosing for their own advancement and their own experience to resonate at lower frequencies than you would wish to see; even those beings who will continue to do violence on your planet; and even those beings who will continue to make choices that do not serve the Law of One. They are simply expressing a polarization of the light. Understand that as best you may, but make now a commitment to look forth and to see the light in all beings, to look for the enlightened self and to look towards enhancing that in beings. See rather where they have tried, rather than seeing where they have failed. See that in yourself. Make a commitment to see the light in yourself and to work on enhancing that light every day by your expression, by your heart, your thoughts, your deeds, your deeds and your actions. We are Sonanda. And now the final three, toning through the third eye, expressing your willingness to see the light in the world, in yourself, in the eyes of the beings that you pass and connect with each day as you dance through this experience. We are Sonanda.

Simply turn the point outward toward the center of the circle now and place it over your head as a crown. Breathing in and out, drawing the energy down through the crown chakra, and releasing it into the earth through your tailbone. We are Sonanda. And when you feel complete you may bring your hands in a prayer position over you heart. Acknowledging the radiance of the heart. We share this with you. We came to show you forgiveness, for forgiveness was the wave of the last age as compassion is the wave of this age – And compassion could not be achieved without forgiveness. If the focus was chosen by some to be on the suffering and the pain, then that is what they needed for their learning and perhaps you, too, needed for your learning. Know now that the focus was on the forgiveness, not the pain, and in fact, my experience was not quite so much of the agony of the body as has been portrayed. We are Sonanda. We speak to you now. Breathing into the body. We are Sonanda. We are here. We remain.
