With this tape, you will hear the spoken affirmations on Side One, woven through beautiful music of Pachabel's Canon. This piece of music was chosen for its ability to relax the listener and help the brain be more receptive and open to the positive suggestions for peace and harmony.
We suggest that as you listen, you repeat these statements over and over out loud and in the mind. On Side Two, the music is repeated with subliminal suggestions.
