"It is a Joy to be alive" That is part of the affirmation for today for those of us who are on the 30 day plan. This affirmation was perfect for today. I got up slowly, around 6:30. it was good that it could be a bit of a slow morning for me. I am not scheduled untill 10 am this morning so I had some time ahead of me and I had some good sleep behind me.
