QUAN YIN

Stepping into the garden – step into the garden. Step into your garden. We are Quan Yin. Opening your palms and opening your body. Breathing and feeling the energy of flowers like a rain, a light spring rain on the body. Breathing through the pores. We are Quan Yin. Stepping in. Stepping into the garden. We are Quan Yin, bringing the vibration to the circle, bringing the vibration to the body, bringing the vibration into the hearts, into the minds, into the souls. We are Quan Yin, breathing into the body, allowing yourself to be open – to be open to the vibration of compassion. We are Quan Yin. Breathing into the body, gathering. Breathing into the body through the storms in the 4th dimension, through the storms in the astral planes, through the storms in the psychic planes, through the storms in the etheric realm. We are Quan Yin. Breathing into the body, stepping into the garden. We are Quan Yin. We step into the circle this evening. We step into your vibration through your hearts garden. We step in, bridging the hearts and the souls and the minds with the physical. We step in, as Quan Yin, with compassion. We step in. Open your hearts. Open your hearts. Open your hearts. Quan Yin

We are Quan Yin. We speak to compassionate ones from the voice of the compassionate one. We are Quan Yin. Breathe into your body. Keep the awareness focused on the body and the channels that the body has open to receive. In each one of you this may be different. Some of you are more aware your physical forms than others and more aware of the openings into the channels of the body. Focus on the channel that goes from the perineum to the top of the head. Breathe in and out, and see if you can feel the energy as it begins to charge the body in waves, up and down, back and forth. We are Quan Yin. Focus on the channels that are open to the earth by feeling the centers of your feet and the centers of your hands, the center of the tailbone. Focus on these energy waves now. The axis of the earth has shifted now, and the axis within you is shifting. Holding your center in the shifting world will become difficult if you donâ€™t allow yourself to become fluid. We are Quan Yin.

Allow the resonance to continue silently through your body, sending the violet energy through the body, using it to open the chakras, using it to bring peace and harmony. Continuing whenever you think of it this evening to breathe and focus on the violet color, the amethyst ray, pulling it into the body, to breathe and mentally repeat the mantra â€œone, one.â€ Just feel the energy of the one within. Feel yourself whole and together. Begin to breathe, opening the palms, expecting to be blessed, expecting to be connected, expecting to be whole.

Prepare your bodies to receive. Watch the breath, there are constrictions in some of you. Watch the places in the body that feel constricted as you breathe. Part of the aspect of co- creating is understanding your power as creator. You are working in the healing fields, you are working in many different fields on this earth at this time, yet you are all bringing a healing energy forth and in that process of healing, you are in that process of healing the human psyche and the human system. We come in to share our reflection and your reflection together. We come in to bring the light into awareness so that you can use that light to see and love yourself more fully.

Allow yourself to be in that space where you are open to receive whatever it is that is most healing for you. Ask that you may receive whatever will heal you and bring you to your highest place of good -- in the most loving manner that you can receive it. Not only do you open yourself to receive it, but you do it in a loving way that is gentle to your system and that is perfect for your resonance. We ask that you continue to breathe and draw into your body keeping it open as possible. The natural tendency or natural energy focus right now is to spiral up out of your body. And yet all souls gathered here this evening, although there has been a great resistance within some of them, there is that in you, that needs to be here in the planet, in the 3D. So use your focus to bring the energy down through the crown chakra and into the root chakra. And while you are bringing in the energy this evening and experiencing, allow yourself to continuously focus on that. That helps to give your mind something to do, to focus. There are those of you this evening whose minds are tired and whose minds are chattering and whose minds are, as we will say, on overdrive.
